| Race 1 | Otago First 4 Maiden Stakes - C0 - 545 | LA PYTHON, GIMME A DREAM and MIGHTY PROPHET were very slow to jump. ANNE OF CLEVES ran out into the first bend taking MIGHT PROPHET and THRILLING ROBYN wide. |
| Race 2 | Paws Inn Boarding Kennel Sprint - C0 - 310 | MIGHTY PANTHERS ran in after the jump tightening OZARK'S CORNER who came back on THRILLING PEACH. Soon after MIGHTY PANTHERS and RUBY SUNRISE came together with RUBY SUNRISE being forced out into the path of BULFIGHTIN' JIMI, both losing ground. Approaching the home turn SAM BAXTER struck the hindquarters of MIGHTY PANTHERS who was turned sideways and fell before quickly regaining his feet to finish the race. A veterinary check revealed nothing amiss. |
| Race 3 | www.greyhoundsaspets.org.nz - C1 - 545 | WEE SHADOW, HERE EYE AM and HOMEBUSH WARRIOR came together into the first bend with HOMEBUSH WARRIOR sustaining a bad check. Across the top BOTANY MATTHEW checked off the heels of THRILLING EAGLE before being struck by WILLY MINA. WILLY MINA was vetted after the race and found with a torn left dew claw. No stand down was recommended. |

Soon after ZAGAR and KATIE MAC came together with KATIE MAC coming back on SINGAPORE WILLY. Into the straight KATIE MAC and REDLINE CHAOS came together. |
