Judicial report: Handler J ROBERTS was charged with a breach of Rule 88.1.q as a result of BRUNO escaping from him during the stir up for Race 14. He pleaded guilty to the charge and was fined $50.00.

Race 1	Advance Pet Nutrition Stakes - C0 - 520	MULBERRY BLACK ran out after the jump colliding with MIGHTY PROPHET and OHOKA ZOE. Around the first bend MULBERRY BLACK ran into the rear of MEDIVAC before checking outwards colliding with MIGHTY PROPHET.
Race 2	The Miller Bar & Cafe Dash - C0 - 295	Both UNCLE EARL and CRASH GYBE were slow to jump. Into the bend UNCLE EARL and HOMEBUSH JAG came together with HOMEBUSH JAG striking the heels of MULBERRY ROSE, both dogs being badly checked. MULBERRY ROSE was subject to a veterinary check which revealed no injury.
Race 3	I Pave Concrete Dash - C1 - 295	ONE WILD THING was slow to jump. Into the bend BELFAST MUNCHA and ADDICTED TO LUV were tightened losing ground. Into the home straight ONE WILD THING ran outwards colliding with ROBIN US BLIND.
Race 4	Barron's Supplies Sprint - C0 - 295	SEIKO was very slow to jump. Into the bend HAYLEY'S WISH struck the rail before colliding with SAM BAXTER and losing ground.
Race 5	Shirley Veterinary Centre Stakes - C1 - 520	SLOPOKE RODRIGEZ was slow to jump. TORQUED UP was tightened by dogs on her outer into the first bend being checked as a result.
Race 6	Happy Birthday Janine Jopson Sprint - C1 - 295	UNDER COVER was slow to jump and into the bend when improving checked out off the rear of WILLY'S PRIDE colliding with PURA LADY and CAWBOURNE BEAR. PURA LADY fell heavily and did not finish the race. A veterinary check revealed marked swelling to the right wrist with a 21 day stand down recommended.
Race 7	www.greyhoundtips.co.nz Dash - C1 - 295	KNOW WONDER was very slow to jump. Into the bend NOISE CONTROL clipped the heels of RED TIGER losing ground.
Race 8	Dave Emerson Consultancy Stakes - C1 - 520	FUNNY LAD was slow to jump. Into the first bend TIGER BALM moved off the rail forcing LIFE'S GREAT into the hindquarters of MOANING MOANY, with both dogs losing ground.
Race 9	Wilson"s Sports Bar & T.A.B. Sprint - C1 - 295	All clear.
Race 10	Clarkson Sign Studio Sprint - C1 - 295	HOMEBUSH NESTOR, PROTEST LINE and GROOVY MANGO came together after the jump. Into the bend VERONICA, ST.VALARY and HOMEBUSH NESTOR were tightened with PROTEST LINE being checked as a result.
Race 11	Tuesday Place Pick Dash - C2 - 295	JEALOUS GLANCE and SURFIN' BIZAAR came together into the bend with JEALOUS GLANCE checking out onto ANY BAD HABITS. This movement forced LIFE WITH DEXTER and TEPIRITA TIKI wide.
Race 12	Addington Events Centre Stakes - C1 - 520	KNOW TELLING checked DUDLEY RAMA into the first bend. Soon after WAVE YA HAND moved off the rail checking ALLEGRINI and MAINLAND STAR. DUDLEY RAMA collided with ALLEGRINI with both losing further ground.
Race 13	www.canterburyproperty.co.nz Sprint - C2 - 295	LESTER tightened MULBERRY NIPPER and AKAISHA BALE into the bend with MUSTARD FUDGE and TALENT CITY being forced wide as a result.
Race 14	Aaron Coull Fundraising Racenight Ph. 0272555807 - C2 - 295	LINDSAY CLEEVE struck the heels of BIGTIME FORCE into the bend losing ground. Soon after OHOKA DUKE was checked coming back on VAMPIRES SHADOW, both losing all chance.
Race 15	$25,000 Pick 6 Leg 1 Stakes - C2 - 520	BRUNO escaped from his handler during the stir up running to the end of the back straight. He was subject to a veterinary examination which revealed BRUNO to to be puffing hard after excessive exertion. Acting on veterinary advice BRUNO was withdrawn by Stewards at 5.46pm. No stand down was recommended by the veterinarian. LAGER IN PARIS was tightened into the first bend by UNION STEAM. Soon after CAWBOURNE RAPID and CALM WAVES came together losing ground.
Race 16	Challenge Opawa Maiden Final - C0f - 520	OHOKA BELLA and SPIRIT OF GRACE was checked by ULTIMATE DREAM soon after the start.
Race 17	www.snuggleyheatpumps.co.nz Stakes Final - C1f - 520	DANCING POWER was slow to jump and into the first bend came in contact with MOLLY PARTON as he endeavoured to move off the rail. At the end of the back straight DANCING POWER lost ground when tightened by TOKEN RAGE on his outer.
Race 18	Aaron Coull Fundraiser 8 July Ph. 0272555807 - C3 - 295	LEVERAGE, CALL ME, SUPER STORM and HAREEBA GOLD were checked as a result of general tightening into the bend. LEVERAGE was vetted and found to have a skin laceration to the left stifle which required sutures. A 10 day stand down was recommended.
Race 19	Speight's Six Pack - C3 - 520	Turning for home SHIRAZ KEROMA marred CROSSFIRE MAX as that dog was about to drive to the lead. Stewards deemed SHIRAZ KEROMA to have been in breach of Rule 80.1.a and he was stood down for a period of 28 days and ordered to undertake a Satisfactory Trial. ALCATRAZ BOY was checked as a result of this incident.
Race 20	Dave Robbie Photographer Dash - C3 - 295	Into the bend LES HART struck the heels of KNOW SPORTY who was dragged down, both dogs losing ground. Into the home straight CAWBOURNE HAPPY was turned sideways when struck by ASTRO DAVE improving on his inner. KNOW SPORTY was subject to a veterinary check which revealed no injury.
