Judicial report: AJ McCOOK and JM JOPSON were charged with a breach of Rule 69.11 when FLAT BATTERY, a starter in Race 9 weighed in 1.9kgs above his last race start weight. They were fined $100.00.

Race 1	Advance Pet Nutrition Sprint - C4 - 295	In the run to the bend AZURE OSTI tightened NITRO PEGGY initially and then MULBERRY RECO who came back on SORRY VANDERFORD and ROTKARA LUCY. These dogs finished at the rear.
Race 2	Challenge Opawa All Up Sprint - C3 - 295	CALL ME was slow to jump. ASTRO DAVE ran in sharply after the jump colliding with HAREEBA GOLD, sustaining a check as a result. Into the bend POCKETS FULL was checked when clipping the heels of GUNNADOO DREAMS. In the home straight CALL ME was tightened by HAREEBA GOLD.
Race 3	Happy Birthday Craig White Dash - C5 - 295	All clear.
Race 4	Kolorful Kanvas Distance - C1/2d - 645	KNOW BEST was tightened soon after the jump.
Race 5	www.greyhoundtips.co.nz Dash - C4 - 295	CAWBOURNE CART was tightened into the bend.
Race 6	Happy 60th Birthday Murray Wigley Stakes - C4/5 - 520	DELUSIONIST was tightened between OPAWA PATTY and LILETTE BALE into the first bend. Into the back straight GENERAL BOWIE moved off the rail forcing OPAWA PATTY and DEAL FOR YOU together. At the end of the back straight DELUSIONIST and LILETTE BALE were checked when tightened by an improving OPAWA PATTY.
Race 7	Flair Sprint - C5 - 295	CURVE BALL ran outwards after the jump checking TALIESIN BLUE and KNOW LOVE. Around the bend KNOW LOVE ran out again forcing GENISTA DREAMA and SUNSET BOMBER together both sustaining checks.
Race 8	Amber Cleaning Services Stakes - C3 - 520	CROSSFIRE MAX and SHAKIN' MARTINI were slow to jump. Into the first bend CROSSFIRE MAX was tightened by GENISTA DIAMOND. Soon after BOTANY KELLY checked out off the heels of BRITNEY LANE forcing KNOCK 'EM DOWN and SHAKIN' MARTINI wide. An improving CROSSFIRE MAX struck the hindquarters of SHAKIN' MARTINI checking outwards. KNOCK 'EM DOWN was found to have a lacerated hind leg which required sutures with a 10 day stand down recommended. SHAKIN' MARTINI settled last never improving during the running. A post race veterinary check was ordered by Stewards which revealed nothing amiss with the Club Veterinarian reporting that the dog had possibly tied up. Trainer GA CLEEVE when spoken to could offer no explation for the performance other than stating that the dog appeared to not be striding out after being hit by CROSSFIRE MAX. He confirmed that SHAKIN' MARTINI would be thoroughly re examined over the weekend.
Race 9	www.containersdirect.co.nz - C3 - 295	FLAT BATTERY and LES HART ran inwards after the jump tightening KNOW SPORTY, PAREORA DOLL and CAWBOURNE MADGE. HONOUR was vetted following the race and was found to have a fractured left hind fibula with 14 day stand down recommended.
Race 10	Active Electrical Christchurch Ltd Dash - C4 - 295	ELITE BAXTER was slow to jump. NATALIA BALE and BOMBER MAN came together in the run to the bend with both losing all chance.
