Judicial report: D STAPLETON was charged with a breach of Rule 69.11 as a result of THAT'S COOL, a starter in Race 3, weighing in 2.1kgs under his last race start weight. STAPLETON was fined $10.00.
An inquiry under Rule 64.2 was opened and adjourned into the scratching of GROUP ONE LYNN (BT FREEMAN) pending further inquiries.

Race 1	Added Energy Welcome - C0 - 390	HOMEBUSH JAG ran in after the jump tightening THRILLING PEACH and GIMME A GEM who were both checked. Into the bend THRILLING PEACH and GIMME A GEM came together again with GIMME A GEM coming back on YOU BEAUT, both losing all chance. GIMME A GEM was subject to a veterinary check which revealed nothing amiss. Into the home straight the leading dog HOMEBUSH JAG got very close to catching the lure. Stewards reviewed the race film and noted that HOMEBUSH JAG won the race with the placegetters being in the first three runners at the time of the incident. As no runner was inconvenienced in the running and the outcome of the race not affected in terms of Rule 75.1 dividends were 'declared'.
Race 2	SGRC Stamina Plus Powder - C1 - 457	Into the bend FUNTASTIC BOY clipped the heels of HOMEBUSH WARRIOR coming back on NORTH INGILLTAB who lost ground. Soon after TOWER tightened HOMEBUSH WARRIOR who was forced against the rail.
Race 3	Brendon Burke@Southernwide - C0 - 457	HOMEBUSH HIFI and SPIRAL EBONY were slow to jump.
Race 4	SGRC Bounce B Powder - C2 - 457	LAGER IN PARIS ran outwards into the bend taking the line of HIGHGROVE who was checked. LAGER IN PARIS ran wide around the bend. FEELER McNIELY was vetted and found with a damaged right hind toe nail with a 14 day stand down recommended.
Race 5	$26 Five Wire Muzzle Stakes - C0 - 457	THRILLING ROBYN, SLIGHTLY AMAZING and TIMS TIGER came together soon after the start. Into the bend SLIGHTLY AMAZING ran outwards checking TIMS TIGER, WHO'S YA DUFFER and HOMEBUSH TEX, these dogs losing all chance.
Race 6	Southern Floor Care Ltd - C1 - 457	THRILLING EAGLE and HOMEBUSH BROCK were slow to jump. WARRIOR WIKI ran outwards after the start colliding with SOFA LOAFA. Into the bend WARRIOR WIKI, SOFA LOAFA and HOMEBUSH BROCK came together losing ground.
Race 7	Southland & Otago Photo Finish - C1 - 390	BOY BUGLAR was slow to jump. Into the bend CREPE MYRTLE ran outwards checking THAT'S BIZAAR for a stride.
Race 8	www.southlandgreyhounds.co.nz - C1 - 390	CHASIN' CROWS ran in sharply after the start tightening CHOOK CHOOK, SENORITA SISSY, LOVELY HAND and COACHMAN who stumbled for a few strides. Into the bend CHASIN' CROWS ran outwards tightening HO HO PAREORA and CAWBOURNE BEAR who both lost ground. Soon after LOVELY HAND and SENORITA SISSY came together.
Race 9	Speights Ale House - C5 - 390	At the request of TAB Control this race was delayed as it clashed with a race from Wyong. ALBIE'S STAR and SAINT DANIEL drifted to the rear after the jump. TIJAN ran wide around the bend and into the home straight. Turning for home CAWBOURNE CLICK struck the heels of INGA THE WINGA. The winner ANOTHER BAXTER created a new track record in wining the race. INGA THE WINGA was subject to a veterinary check which revealed a right fore spike wound with a 4 day stand down recommended.
Race 10	$25 Yard Muzzles - C3 - 390	WHITE PHOSPHORUS was very slow to jump settling a clear last.
Race 11	S.R Double D Syndictae - C5 - 390	BOB BAXTER was a late scratching at kennelling when found with a painful distal tibia when palpated. It was confirmed by the veterinarian that the pain was in the proximity to an old stress fracture with the dog probably having bumped the area during transporting. ROCKA HULA was tightened into the bend coming back on ANOTHER MANGLES.
Race 12	justracing.com.au - C1 - 390	GOZO DANCER, BOTANY FREDA and YALDHURST FLYER came together innto the bend.
Race 13	Osborne Engineering, Bluff - C2 - 390	MUSTARD FUDGE was slow to jump. LIFE WITH DEXTER checked off AKAISHA BALE into the bend losing ground.
Race 14	Ascot Park Hotel - C1 - 390	ST. VALARY ran wide around the bend.
Race 15	Kelvin Hotel - C4 - 390	HOMEBUSH REECE and BUICK BERNIE were tigjhtened soon after the start. Into the bend REGGAE BOND clipped the heels of CAWBOURNE DUNE losing ground and coming back on BUICK BERNIE.
