| Race 1 | Allied Work Force 0800 Labour - C1 - 305 | CAWBOURNE SCAREY ran in from the start and checked CAWBOURNE STEFFI and BOTANY ANGELA who lost ground and settled near the rear. BOTANY ANGELA and CAWBOURNE STEFFI then jostled together for a few strides on the first corner and both dogs checked and almost fell losing several lengths. CAWBOURNE ANN and THRILLING SIMONE were also affected and lost ground in the incident. |
| Race 2 | Wanganui Farm Supplies - C2 - 305 | GYM CLASS HERO and MIDNIGHT KIWI collided on jumping from the boxes and MIDNIGHT KIWI went back to last and stayed there to the finish. MIDNIGHT KIWI did not appear to be striding out correctly during the race and he was examined by the Vet as a precaution and cleared of injury. The favourite MYSTERY KIM jostled together with FAST STASS in the run to the first corner and she was then checked and went down behind when EVE HILL moved in on the first corner. MYSTERY KIM recovered her feet and finished just ahead of the last dog MIDNIGHT KIWI. |

| Race 4 | Crombie Lockwood (NZ) Ltd - C2/3 - 305 | MISS AGENT was handy to the first corner but was checked and went back to near the rear and she then ran wide on the bend over extra ground and finished in 6th place. SCISSOR SISTERS was away well enough but was checked in the run to the first corner as HEARTLINE went past on the outside and she went back to last and stayed there to the finish. |
| Race 5 | Vita Power - C3 - 520 | KID KOONAWARRA ran in from the start and checked TAILS OFF who lost ground. FLASHFIRE COAL, BLAKE'S ANGEL and DESTINE TO EXCEL were all checked on the first corner and they went back to the rear. BLAKE'S ANGEL recovered best of the three to make up ground for 3rd place. |
| Race 6 | Keenan Concrete 6 Pack - C2/3 - 305 | ALAMEIN FLASH and FLOYDY BOY jostled together for a few strides soon after the start and ALAMEIN FLASH lost ground and dropped out to last and he stayed there to the finish. THRILLING CAM was checked on the first corner and lost ground and finished in 2nd last place. It was observed that the muzzle on THRILLING CAM came loose soon after the start and was flapping about her head for the remainder of the race. The muzzle may have been too large for the dog and the Trainer was spoken to advisedly regarding this. |
| Race 7 | Brians 60th Birthday Bash - C4/5 - 305 | TIM BAXTER and MIGHTY BIG SAM were slow to begin and they stayed back throughout to finish in the rear group. |
| Race 8 | Mickey's Super Liquor - C4/5 - 520 | ASK THE BANDIT checked to avoid the heels of ADDIS JAY and lost ground on the first corner. ASK THE BANDIT was again checked entering the back straight when racing inside BIGTIME RELOADER and he went back to last and stayed back to finish in that position. |
| Race 9 | Bilderbeck Construction - C4/5 - 305 | KINGSBURY was slow to begin and lost two lengths. UPAHUT ZORRO ran out and MARCO'S PAL ran in from the start and this resulted in checks to CAPTAIN HASTINGS and BIGTIME MOE who was the most affected and he lost several lengths and all chance. UPAHUT ZORRO continued to move out for several strides and forced MARCO'S PAL wide in the run to the first corner. MARCO'S PAL then eased over the heels of CAPTAIN HASTINGS on the bend and then moved in and made contact with KINGSBURY as they entered the home straight and he finished in 6th place. The favourite KYLE IZMIR led to the first corner but then went off stride and drifted quickly back through the field to finish a long last. He was examined by the vet and stood down for 21 days with a gracilus muscle injury. |
| Race 10 | Broad Roofing Services - C4 - 305 | CAWBOURNE WHIZ, UPAHUT STAR and BIGTIME PAL were alll checked and went back to the rear soon after the start and they stayed back to finish in the rear group. |
