Judicial report: At a reconvened hearing, Handler E.Walker admitted a breach of Rule 88.1f i when it was alleged that he had used offensive language towards the Stewards at the race meeting held on 28 .05.10 at Wanganui. E.Walker was disqualified for a period of two months commencing after racing on 06.06.10 and concluding at midnight on 06.08.10.

Race 1	Allied Work Force 0800 Labour - C3/4 - 305	ICE BALL and MARCO'S PAL collided soon after the start and ICE BALL suffered the most in the incident and went back to last and stayed there throughout the remainder of the race.
Race 2	Group 1 Breeders Stakes Heats - R/Aq - 520 Heat 1	One of the better supported runners OPAWA COLLAR raced wide over extra ground on both bends and he finished in 2nd last place.
Race 3	Wanganui Farm Supplies - C3/4 - 305	CAWBOURNE FORCE was pressured from the outside when GUNNADOO KNIGHT moved in on the first corner and he made firm contact with the rail and went back to last. Soon after PENIE'S FROM and SIX PLEASE collided and SIX PLEASE fell and PENIE'S FROM and CAWBOURNE FORCE who was following both lost ground and all chance of a placing. UPAHUT STAR who was in 2nd place, was checked on the bend when racing inside the leader REALON RAPTURE and she lost three lengths and the chance of a first four placing. SIX PLEASE and CAWBOURNE FORCE were examined by the Vet and SIX PLEASE was euthanased due to suffering from a fractured foreleg. CAWBOURNE FORCE was cleared of injury.
Race 4	Group 1 Breeders Stakes Heats - R/Aq - 520 Heat 2	EMBEZZLEMENT and VICTORY CHEERS were checked soon after the start when OPAWA SECRET moved in sharply after starting from box 8 and they settled at the rear. ROADMAN'S SHACK checked off the heels of BOTANY ANN on the first corner and lost ground. ROADMANS SHACK then appeared to make contact with the rail soon after, became unbalanced and fell and EMBEZZLEMENT and THRILLING SNEAK were checked in the incident and lost several lengths and all chance. ROADMAN'S SHACK was examined by the Vet and stood down for 5 days with minor grazing and bruising to a hind leg.
Race 5	Group 1 Breeders Stakes Heats - R/Aq - 520 Heat 3	OPAWA PADLESS was checked starting on the final bend when SPEED TICKET went past on her outside and she lost three lengths. HAILEY'S AGENT and OPAWA FLYER bumped together and lost momentun for a couple of strides on the home turn.
Race 6	Keenan Concrete, Wanganui 6 Pack - C2/3 - 520	LAW'S HILL and KID KOONNAWARRA bumped together soon after the start but recovered quickly without losing ground.
Race 7	Group 1 Breeders Stakes Heats - R/Aq - 520 Heat 4	BOTANY HORNET ran in from box 8 at the start and bumped WINSOME OPAWA onto HOMEBUSH CHARLI and they all lost ground and settled at the rear. WINSOME OPAWA recovered the best to finish in 3rd place but the other two dogs stayed back to finish in the rear group.
Race 8	Mickey's Super Liquor, Wanganui - C4/5 - 520	ASK THE BANDIT led to the first corner but was hit on the hind quarters as STAR TO EXCEL raced up on the inside and ASK THE BANDIT lost ground and went a little wide into the bend. SIROCCO HERO was checked and lost two lengths as the field raced into the back straight and he stayed back to finish in 2nd last place.
Race 9	Bilderbeck Construction, Wanganui - C5 - 305	GO ZILLA led by a narrow margin on the bend but made contact with ALLEGRO VISION on his inside and lost two lengths which he could not make up and he finished in 3rd place. DARK SAGE ran very wide on the bend and into the straight over extra ground and finished in 2nd last place.
Race 10	Broad Roofing Services, Wanganui - C5 - 305	UPAHUT ZORRO, SUPER SAGE and AWESOME AGENT jostled together soon after the start and SUPER SAGE dropped back to the rear. AWESOME AGENT and UPAHUT ZORRO continued to jostle together in the back straight and lost ground as a result.
