Judicial report: An inquiry was opened and adjourned in to the events surrounding the stand down of THRILLING BUDDY under Rule 64.14 on the 19.5.2010
THRILLING BUDDY was entered to be a starter in race 2 on todays programme ,but due to the stand down given last week was ineligable to start so was scratched by the stewards

Race 1	Allied Work Force 0800 Labour - C0 - 305	BLUE BULLET (fav) was handy in the early rush ,then raced wide across the top bend and in to the home turn resulting in him losing valuable ground ,finishing in 4th placing at the line CELIA FATE changed ground on the home turn and clipped the heels of PAPA GEORGIO at that point and went back
Race 2	Wanganui Farm Supplies - C0 - 520	As the field raced down to the first turn KERRY'S DELIGHT came across on to SIXTY TWENTY who was squeezed back to the rear BOTANY ANGELA and KEITHY GEE came together as thet raced down to the first turn with BOTANY ANGELA being unbalanced badly and running in to KEITHY GEE when pushed from behind by SIXTY TWENTY as that dog tried to find racing room BOTANY ANGELA went back to the rear and raced some lengths behind the field for the rest of the journey and was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found THRILLING BUDDY was a late scratching by the stewards due to insufficent paper work being produced from its scratching on the 16.5.2010
Race 3	Crombie Lockwood (NZ) Ltd - C1 - 305	From the jump UPAHUT WITCH came across fast over to the rail and caused severe crowding to UPAHUT CRYSTAL and HOMEBUSH MELL HOMEBUSH MELL was able to recover and lead across the top bend where he ran wide from there and in to the home straight ,but still ran a credible 2nd placing at the line UPAHUT CRYSTAL never recovered from the earlier buffeting and could not get in to contention from there on in
Race 4	Advance Pet Nutrition - C2 - 305	FASTBACK QUEEN came out from the jump as HEALING CRYSTAL came in squeezing FOUR TO MIDNIGHT(fav) back to the rear ,he ran on well for 4th placing at the line HEALING CRYSTAL kep on crossing towards the rail and severly checked CAWBOURNE SHOT and PUNGAS LAD who went back to the rear and finished in the last two positions at the line
Race 5	Guthrie Bowron, Wanganui - C1 - 520	As the field raced in to the first turn HAMISH BAXTER came across on to JANIE PHOENIX and tightened her for a few strides ,HAMISH BAXTER kept on racing in to the field and came together with PURE FURY and hampered him for a few metres JANIE PHOENIX was examined by the vet and was found to be suffering from pain over lower gracilis muscle right hind with a 7 day stand down recommended
Race 6	Vita Power - C3 - 305	From the jump BACK AT YA came out on to KINGSBURY(fav) who then ran on to the back of DA COOLA stopping that dog in his tracks being severly checked and going back to the rear by a 7 or so lengths DA COOLA got going again on the top bend and tried to make ground on the field ,but had lost too much to get back in to contention. KINGSBURY (fav) was held up for some distance as they raced in to and around the first bend when he ran on to the back of BACK AT YA who was endevouring to get out wide at that point
Race 7	Bilderbeck Construction, Wanganui - C1 - 520	SLICE OF MAGIC (first nz start) was very slow away from the boxes and raced in the rear until they entered the back straight ,then raced around the field and brushed together with WAITOTARA RED as they made the home bend SLICE OF MAGIC ran on well for 2nd placing at the line
Race 8	Pedigree For Dogs - C2 - 520	As the field raced down to the first turn FLOYDY BOY came across on to TAILS OFF and THRILLING SIREN causing them to be squeezed back and lose a couple of lengths at that point As the field raced in to the turn at the end of the back straight OKAY'S RHETT BEE came in on to BORN ENTERTAINER for some distance causing him to become unbalanced for a few strides where he went back and couldnt recover from there on in
Race 9	Keenan Concrete 6 Pack - C5 - 305	HERE IN SPIRIT was a late scratching due to an ijury requiring being ethanased when being prepared to leave for the track REGAL OUTLAW got on the heels of JILL BAXTER momentarily on the top bend and lost a few lengths at that point
Race 10	www.wanganuicarcentre.com - C3/4 - 305	As the field raced in to the first turn GOT THE JUICE came across towards the rail and came together with GROOVE ARMADA for a couple of strides
