Judicial report: Mr S.R.McInerney on behalf of trainer Mr J.T.McInerney admitted a breach of Rule 64.2, in that Mr S.R.McInerney did withdraw the greyhound LE FLAMBEUR from race 7 at the Auckland Greyhounds Meeting of the 16th May 2010 "With Out Valid Reason". Mr.S.R.McInerney signed the information admitting the breach of rule 64 .2 and indicating he did not wish to be present at the hearing of this information. Under the provisions of rule 64.2 a fine of $150.00 was imposed in this instance and under the provisions of rule 64.5 a 28 day stand down was imposed on the greyhound LW FLAMBEUR.

Race 1 RHB Accounting Sprint - C2 - 318 HE'S STUNNING was the slowest to begin. After the start LAST SHOW ran inwards and contacted SHOWTIME ADDIS forcing this runner onto REVENANT. Following this check REVENANT ran outwards and contacted HE'S STUNNING checking itself once again. REVENANT was observed to drop to the rear and was sent for a post race Vet check which revealed a Right Gracilis Muscle tear with a 28 day standdown from racing imposed.
Race 2 Carol's TABs Sprint - C4/5 - 318 LIGHTS AND MUSIC and BEAR CUB were the slowest to begin. THRILLING MIX and ONIE'S LAD came together for a stride after the start. BENGINEER and ONIE'S LAD came together for a stride in the run to the first turn.
Race 3 Rivette Reason Stakes - C1 - 527 PRINCESS SHILOH was the slowest to begin. After the start GO BOOF ran inwards and forced CATCHING ON down onto EMBLAZING with the aformentioned runners being checked in this incident. PRINCESS SHILOH was observed to run very wide on entering the home straight. DUSTY MISTRESS was observed to drop to the rear and a post race Vet check revealed an injury. Right long head triceps muscle pain. A post race vet check of HOMEBUSH BONITA
Race 4 Auckland Co-op Taxis Sprint - C4 - 318 YOUNG VALIANT and THRILLING ZING were the slowest to begin.
Race 5 Capable Lass Stakes - C1 - 527 GRADUATED CLASS was observed to begin very awkwardly at the jump. Into the first turn THRILLING SNOW ducked inwards sharply and in doing so checked itself and GRADUATED CLASS, PARNELL MIST which was pushing up on the inside of GRADUATED CLASS was also checked in this incident. A post race Vet check of GRADUATED CLASS revealed an injury, Right Deltoid Muscle injury.
Race 6 Magness Benrow Stayers Cup - C2d - 603 RASMAH and TALEVERO were the slowest to begin. As the field progressed around the first bend RASMAH was observed to be checked by WILL SHE ECHO when these two runners contacted each other. RASMAH lost at least three lenghts when checked in this incident however made up good ground after this check.
Race 7 The Brownzy Sports Bar Sprint - C4/5 - 318 After the start BRIGHT CONQUEST forcing CAPTAIN CARLOS onto DREAM A WIN TRUE INTENTIONS was trying to run outwards after the start and in doing so added to the interferance caused by the inwards movement of BRIGHT CONQUEST, GOLD FOR THYS was also badly checked in this incident as was MATES UNITE which was denied any clear racing room. The only runners to get clear racing room were KERRIES FANTASY and ROBOTUSSEN. A post race vet check of DREAM A WIN revealed Right Hind Split Webbing.
Race 8 Royal Commission Stakes - C4/5 - 527 COOL DISCO , NO HELP INDEED and MATILD'S BEST were the slowest to begin. Into the first turn SUB CLASS ran outwards and in doing so contacted STARSHINE GIRL which was pushed out onto NO HELP INDEED which then contacted MATILDA'S BEST. All of these four runners were checked in this incident with both NO HELP INDEED and MATILDA'S BEST running very wide around this turn.
Race 9 Tivoli Tom Stakes - C3 - 527 A post race vet check on ITCHICOO PARK revealed an injury, Spit Webbing with Sutures with a 10 day stand down from racing imposed.
Race 10 Jack's Wholesale Meats Sprint - C3 - 318 ALL ABOUT DOSH was the slowest to begin. Into the first turn COOL IDOL ran outwards and in doing so contacted DAZZEL ME forcing this runner out, DAZZEL ME then touched CYCLONE HOOLEY this runner contacting WINSOME SKY both CYCLONE HOOLEY and WINSOME SKY ran very wide into the first turn after this interferance. Around the bend and it was observed that DAZZEL ME and ALL ABOUT DOSH came together with DAZZEL ME being turned and checked . At the lure both AWESOME VOYAGE and ALL ABOUT DOSH were caught up when there muzzels were locked together.
