| Race 1 | Allied Work Force 0800 Labour - C0 - 305 | SCAMPER CLAIR moved out from the rail and WANDY WANNABE moved in racing to the first corner and this resulted in checks to those two dogs and also to CENTRAL SKIP, TINY TITCH and CELIA FATE and they all lost varying amounts of ground. SCAMPER CLAIR recovered to finish in 3rd place with the others staying back to finish in the last four places. |
| Race 2 | Wanganui Farm Supplies - C0q - 520 Heat 1 | BRONZE FOR MACOS was slow to begin and raced at the rear for most of the race but made up some ground to finish in 6th place. SHADES was handy to the first corner but was checked and lost ground when FREDDY JOHN moved in from a wide draw. |

| Race 4 | Advance Pet Nutrition - C0q - 520 Heat 2 | A couple of strides out of the boxes GREAT AUNTY MIN stumbled and was unbalanced for a few strides. KOP ROAR came across fast from the jump on to SIXTY TWENTY and CAPTAIN RICKY with both these dogs being hampered for a few strides. UTAR JET came together with ENFORCER SHIRAZ as they raced down to the first bend resulting in these dogs going out wide over extra ground and they stayed back to finish in the last two places. |
| Race 5 | Guthrie Bowron, Wanganui - C0q - 520 Heat 3 | KEITHY GEE and COLD GIN jostled together in the run to the first corner and KEITHY GEE lost ground. UNDER ORDERS was checked and lost ground entering the back straight and he stayed back to finish in 2nd last place. |
| Race 6 | Vita Power - C1 - 305 | OUR MAC and SYDENHAM PRETTY came together and jostled for a few strides near the first corner and they both lost ground. One of the favourites LANSVALE SPARK was slow to begin losing three lengths but he made up ground well to finish in 3rd place. |
| Race 7 | Bilderbeck Construction, Wanganui - C1 - 305 | THRILLING PENNY, MY JACK ATTACK and OUR NICKI GALLOP were all checked on the first corner losing several lengths and they stayed back to finish in the last three places. THRILLING PENNY suffered a cut hind leg and was stood down for 7 days. |
| Race 8 | Pedigree For Dogs - C1f - 520 | MANLY MAGIC and RED TERROR collided soon after the start and RED TERROR lost ground and went back to last. CAWBOURNE SNOWY checked over the heels of HOMEBUSH WARRIOR and lost ground on the first corner and they both stayed back to finish in the last two places. |
| Race 9 | Keenan Concrete Wanganui, 6 Pack - C1 - 305 | HOMEBUSH DUSTY and THRILLING DEE were handy to the first corner but were checked losing three lengths and they finished in mid field. Mindariva was leading the field by several lengths on the bend and raced close up to the lure for a few strides but after viewing video of the race, it was clear that this had no affect on any runner and payment of dividends was authorised. |
| Race 10 | Broad Roofing Services - C1 - 305 | HOMEBUSH MELL and QUEEN FALCON were checked on the first corner losing several lengths and they never recovered and finished at the rear. |
