Judicial report: J.T.McInerney the Trainer of SWIP TASTIC was fined $ 100-00 under Rule 69.11 when the dog was presented 2.6 kilograms under its last start weight on 14.05.10.

Race 1	Seaver Cycles, Hawera - C1 - 305	HAGLER went up with the box lids losing several lengths and he stayed back and finished in last place. FLASH TRAV was checked on the first corner and went back to last and he never recovered the lost ground and finished in 2nd last place.
Race 2	Williams And Kettle Stakes - C1 - 520	All clear.
Race 3	Empire Hotel, Stratford - C2 - 305	LANNSVALE SPARK who was one of the better supported runners was slow to begin and settled at the rear and he stayed well back and finished in 2nd last place. REGAL REBEL was mid field on the first corner but was checked, went back to last and finished in that position.
Race 4	R D 1, Taranaki - C1/2 - 520	THRILLING CAIRO moved in towards the rail on the first corner and caused checks to SLICE OF MAGIC, HOMEBUSH SHEDAN and DAPTO TOKEN who all lost ground and went back to the rear. SLICE OF MAGIC recovered to run on well for 3rd place but DAPTO TOKEN and HOMEBUSH SHEDAN stayed back to finish in the last two places.
Race 5	Dimocks Electrical, Hawera - C3 - 305	SWIP TASTIC weighed in 2.6 kilograms down on its last start weight which was three weeks previous and the kennel representative was happy with the weight and the Vet passed the dog fit to compete. MISS AGENT raced onto the heels of HOMEBUSH DUSTY on the first corner and both dogs lost ground. Soon after SET IN STONE who was handy to the first corner, drifted back and was galloped on by MISS AGENT and SWIP TASTIC was also affected in the incident with all three dogs losiing ground. SET IN STONE dropped out to finish several lengths last and was examined by the Vet and stood down for 42 days with gracilus muscle injury.
Race 6	Pak n Save, Hawera - C3/4 - 520	HOMEBUSH CHARLI was checked on the first corner and then raced onto the heels of FINN'S ANGEL entering the back straight and they both lost ground. HOMEBUSH CHARLI then drifted off the back of the field and finished several lengths last and he was examined by the Vet and cleared of injury.
Race 7	Wrightsons, Taranaki - C5 - 305	BACK DRAUGHT checked off the heels of STAR CONQUEST on the first corner and lost two lengths but recovered well to finish a close up 4th.
Race 8	The Local TAB and Sports Bar Taranaki Cup - C5 - 520	The favourite LITTLE MOTHER was checked on the first corner and moved out and collided with CLOVERLEA ROAD who was pushed wide into the first bend and went back to last. LITTLE MOTHER recovered and made up ground quickly and then bumped with RUMOUR TISM on the home turn but they recovered to finish in 1st and 2nd places. CLOVERLEA ROAD also recovered from the initial check and made up ground for 4th placing.
Race 9	Railway Hotel, Hawera - C5 - 305	UPAHUT ZORRO drew box 1 and was slow to begin and then showed a tendancy to run out and checked over the heels of SUPER SAGE losing further ground. UPAHUT ZORRO then ran very wide on the bend over extra ground and finished in last place.
Race 10	Taranaki Farmers Sprint - C4 - 305	FARMOR ENFORCER moved in on the first corner and caused checks to CHINESE GIRL, HOMEBUSH LENNY and UPAHUT STAR who all lost ground. HOMEBUSH LENNY recovered to finish in 4th place but CHINESE GIRL and UPAHUT STAR stayed back to finish in the last two places.
