Judicial report: G.M.Hunt the Trainer of HOMEBUSH TUI was fined $ 100-00 under Rule 69.11 when the dog was presented 1.6 kilograms under its last totalisator start on 28.03.10.

Race 1	Allied Work Force 0800 Labour - C0 - 305	EVE HILL was a late scratching shortly before start time when found to be suffering from kennel cough. The favourite SIX TO MIDNIGHT began awkwardly losing three lengths. He then checked off the heels of CAPTAIN RICKY on the first corner losing further ground and finished in 5th place.
Race 2	Gary Ross Decorator, Wanganui - C0q - 520 Heat 1	PAPA GEORGIO ran in from the start and checked UNDER ORDERS who settled in last place but then recovered to run on for 2nd place. KARAWE checked over the heels of SHADES on the first corner and ran wide into the bend over extra ground and she finished in 5th place.
Race 3	Wanganui Farm Supplies - C0 - 305	FAWN ALLEGRO collided with MIDNIGHT KIWI at the start and then ran out and bumped with SINGLE SCULLER and lost ground and settled near the rear but did make up ground to finish in 5th place.
Race 4	Guthrie Bowron, Wanganui - C0q - 520 Heat 2	GREAT AUNTY MIN and THRILLING TAMMY collided at the start and both lost ground. THRILLING TAMMY, BLUE STRATA and PRINCESS SHILOH all ran wide over extra ground on the first corner with THRILLING TAMMY in particular losing several lengths. PRINCESS SHILOH was checked entering the back straight and she lost four lengths.
Race 5	GEON Wellington - C1 - 520	TURF MOOR ran out from the start and checked CAWBOURNE SNOWY and BIGTIME GUY with BIGTIME GUY settling at the rear and he stayed back to finish last. TURF MOOR then ran in and checked CHAMSIN CREEK and DEL TONES with DEL TONES also settling well back and he finished in 2nd last place.
Race 6	Keenan Concrete 6 Pack - C1 - 520	BLACK IS BACK ran out from the start and checked SURFING AL who lost a little ground. SURFING AL and OKAY'S VERA DEE bumped together going into the first bend and again entering the back straight and they lost momentum on both occasions. SURFING AL recovered well to finish a close 2nd with OKAY'S VERA DEE finishing in 5th place.
Race 7	Morrie Gibbons Signs - C1 - 520	OUR PLAYBOY was a little slow to begin but improved quickly until he had to check over the heels of WIRE IT UP on the first bend and lost ground which he was not able to make up and he finished in 6th place.
Race 8	Mickeys Super Liquor Final - C1f - 520	KIWISAVER moved iin racing to the first corner and bumped MANLY MAGIC and TAILS OFF and they both lost ground.
Race 9	Broad Roofing Services - C1 - 305	All clear.
Race 10	www.wanganuicarcentre.com - C1 - 305	HOMEBUSH CINDY moved across from box 7 and caused jostling to PURE DESIRE and REGAL REBEL for several strides. On the first corner PURE DESIRE checked off the heels of HOMEBUSH CINDY and fell and REGAL REBEL was checked and went back to near the rear and stayed there. PURE DESIRE was examined by the Vet and cleared of injury.
