Judicial report: Trainer J FAHEY pleaded guilty to a charge under Rule 71.4 as a result of failing to arrange a catcher for DANCING POWER, the winner of Race 4. She was fined $35.00.
Trainer WD MITCHELL was warned for a breach of Rule 68.6 when late to present GUNNA SMOKE for the 2nd kennelling.

Race 1	Advance Pet Nutrition Sprint - C2 - 295	SHIRAZ KEROMA was slow to jump. Into the bend KNOW LIFE moved out into the path of WILLY'S PRIDE who was checked coming back on ROYAL LYCAON who lost ground. Soon after SHIRAZ KEROMA was clipped from behind by ADDICTED TO LUV. Short of the wining post PALOMINE and SHIRAZ KEROMA came together for a number of strides with SHIRAZEROMA losing momentum which appeared attributable to outward movement of PALOMINE in the run home. DT BARNES, the trainer of SHIRAZ KEROMA was shown the race .
Race 2	Challenge Opawa All Up Dash - C0 - 295	Handler IS KAYE experienced dificulty in loading HOMEBUSH NESTOR into the outside box. KAYE advised that the dog had endeavoured to turn when being loaded away. Stewards deemed the dog hard to box and endorsed his papers accordingly in terms of Rule 72.10. CURRAHEE was slow to jump. GOOD GOLLY MOLLY ran out sharply on jumping from the boxes colliding with HOME AGAIN and HOMEBUSH NESTOR, bouncing off them and cannoning into DROOPY'S STORM before going down on her nose. These dogs all lost ground. CURRAHEE and HOMEBUSH NESTOR came together around the bend. GOOD GOLLY MOLLY was the subject of a veterinary check which revealed nothing amiss.
Race 3	The Miller Bar & Cafe Sprint - C1 - 295	CAWBOURNE NORMA was slow to jump. LEVERAGE ran in after the jump checking SAFE AND SECURE. Into the bend LES HART struck the heels of SAFE AND SECURE with both losing ground. CAWBOURNE NORMA improved inside SAFE AND SECURE and was hit by SPIN A TITLE rsulting in CAWBOURNE NORMA being forced outwards to collide with SAFE AND SECURE.
Race 4	David Emerson Consultancy Maiden - C0q - 520 Heat 1	Into the first bend SLIGHTLY AMAZING ran outwards forcing LIFE'S GREAT into the path of KNOW SECRET and MEDIVAC.
Race 5	Barron's Supplies Dash - C2 - 295	The favourite JONES BAXTER was very slow to jump and when improving along the rail into the bend was tightened losing ground. KNOW SOON was checked when coming in contact with TALENT CITY into the bend. Soon after WILLY ECHO moved outwards colliding with ODI JAY with both losing ground.
Race 6	David Emerson Consultancy Maiden - C0q - 520 Heat 2	WANDY WANNABE jumped awkwardly from the boxes. Into the first bend WALTZING FIREFLY crossed MINI THE MOOCH, both coming together and checking a trailing TARGET HAND. TARGET HAND was vetted after the race and found to have a torn left dew claw with a 7 day stand down recommended.
Race 7	Excelsior Sports Bar & TAB Dash - C1 - 295	MATAGOURI MO was slow to jump. MULBERRY KING was checked when TEE CEE drove down to the rail with a resultant check to MUSTARD FUDGE. SHEZA COOL ONE and YAKCAM came together in the home straight with YAKCAM being dragged down for a stride or two.
Race 8	George Calvert Cleaning Stakes - C1 - 520	Into the first bend FANTASY BAXTER moved outwards coming in contact with SAFARI STORM who then collided with MOLLY PARTON on his outer.
Race 9	Amber Cleaning Services Sprint - C1 - 295	KNOW WONDER was slow to jump. THAT'S BIZAAR was tightened by TUKURUA ZAC into the bend hitting the rail as a result. A veterinary check revealed
Race 10	www.containersdirect.co.nz Dash - C1 - 295	GUNNA SMOKE was very slow to jump. The favourite VAMPIRES SHADOW was slow to jump. Into the bend GIMME A THRILL was checked when crossed by GLENMORE LASS which allowed VAMPIRES SHADOW to improve inside resulting in VAMPIRES SHADOW forcing GIMME A THRILL outwards to collide with KARL BAXTER with both being badly checked.
Race 11	Tuesday Place Pick Sprint - C2 - 295	ROYAL CHARADE was tightened by dogs on her outer into the bend. Soon after SORRENTO SUN struck the heels of SORRY VANDERFORD with both being checked.
Race 12	Addington Events Centre Stakes - C1 - 520	LEENY TITLE was checked when tightened by HOMEBUSH OSO into the first bend. When giving a swab sample SLENDER CHANCE was observed to have blood in her urine, with the veterinarian recommending a 7 day stand down as a result.
Race 13	Clarkson Sign Studio Sprint - C4 - 295	KNOW SPORTY, CAWBOURNE CLICK, BIGTIME SLAMMER and LEUMEAH MISS came together into the bend all losing ground. LEUMEAH MISS was the subject of a veterinary check which revealed a split to the right fore web with a 10 day stand down recommended.
Race 14	Super Pets Dash - C3 - 295	BOMBER MAN was slow to jump. Into the bend MULBERRY RECO struck the heels of ICE BALL with both losing momentum. Around the bend EARS CHUCK checked out off DA BOSS.
Race 15	Pick 6 Leg 1 - C1 - 520	WODSTON BOBO was very slow to jump. Into the first bend LENNY'S FORTUNE tightened LANA CEE initially and then CAWBOURNE SNEAKY a few strides later. LANA CEE faultered soon afterwards pulling up in the back straight. WODSTON BOBO improved quickly into the first corner moving down towards the rail and tightening KNOW RESPONSE and GENTLE HAND. As a result LENNY'S FORTUNE checked out off GENTLE HAND running wide around the bend. LANA CEE was subject to a veterinary check which revealed a right hind distal metatarsal injury with a 21 day stand down recommended.
Race 16	www.greyhoundtips.co.nz Stakes - C3 - 520	CROSSFIRE MAX and CAWBOURNE DUNE came together after the jump losing ground. SABRE DANCE ran out into the first bend checking BOTANY HORNET before colliding with KNOCK 'EM DOWN and OPAWA PADLESS who were both badly checked.
Race 17	Canterbury O.T.B. Association Sprint - C5 - 295	STRAIGHT OFF ran down towards the rail after the jump tightening KATIE MAC and KNOW GOOD. Around the bend KATIE MAC struck the heels of KNOW GOOD when racing at the rear. Approaching the home turn FIREMAN'S RAFFLE was checked by STRAIGHT OFF.
Race 18	Shirley Veterinary Centre Stakes - C4/5 - 520	Into the first bend an improving DEAL FOR YOU tightened CYBER BLUE and ST.WILD who was turned sideways before being struck by SENSATIVE HARRY who scrambled over the top of ST.WILD, both dogs losing all chance. Both were subject to veterinary checks which revealed nothing amiss.
Race 19	Speights Six Pack - C2 - 520	OFF THE RAILS ran outwards after the jump tightening KNOW TRUTH. Into the first bend FROSTY EQUATOR moved inwards tightening BILLYBOB RAY and DEVOTCHKA.
Race 20	Dave Robbie Photographer Dash - C5 - 295	BLAST FURNACE, SUPERFINE and CARNABY came together into the bend losing ground before SUPERFINE was clipped from behind by BOB BAXTER and turned sideways. Soon after KNOW LOVE and MILLY'S MATE came together for a couple of strides. SUPERFINE finished a long last and was vetted and found with a compound fracture of the left hind 3rd toe. A 28 day stand down was recommended.
