Track: Good After two recent breaks to the lure wires, the Club have purchased new wire and now have spares available if and when required.

Health and Safety comment: Nil

Judicial report: The inquiry which was opened and adjourned after a complaint against Trainer A Hall at Manawatu on 22.03.10 was reconvened and other than to remind Mr Hall of his obligations, no further action was considered necessary. Mr S Mann was spoken to and cautioned regarding the unacceptable way in which he had handled PRINCESS WHALE in the catching area following the race.

Race 1	Allied Work Force 0800 Labour - C0 - 305	GINGER BISCUIT was slow to begin losing three lengths. TYPHOON PETE, VITA GIRL and MILLIE SWANSON bumped together soon after the start and TYPHOON PETE dropped back losing several lengths but made up some ground to finish in 6th place. MY JACK ATTACK checked off the heels of BLUE BULLET on the bend and bumped with CELIA FATE who lost ground. MY JACK ATTACK recovered quickly to go on and win the race. Soon after, SINGLE SCULLER checked off the heels of BLUE BULLET and moved out and forced VITA GIRL and MILLIE SWANSON wide over extra ground. MILLIE SWANSON recovered to finish in 3rd place but VITA GIRL was bumped again on the home turn and finished in last place.
Race 2	Mickey's Super Liquor - C0 - 305	EVE HILL jumped in at the start and checked GENTLE ATTACK and FAWN ALLEGRO who both lost ground. KOP ROAR was slow to begin but went forward quickly until LOST FRIENDS moved in on the first corner and KOP ROAR and INVICTUS were checked with INVICTUS losing several lengths and he stayed back to finish in last place. INVICTUS suffered a gracilus muscle injury and was examined by the Vet and stood down for 42 days. TINY TITCH and EVE HILL jostled together for several strides in the race to the first corner but they reccovered to finish in 3rd and 4th places.
Race 3	Wanganui Farm Supplies - C0 - 520	CHANGE YA NAME turned in the boxes and came out several lengths behind the other runners and stayed back to finish a long last. CHANGE YA NAME is required to complete a satisfactory box trial under Rule 72.13 before its next race. UNDER ORDERS ran in soon after the start and bumped GISELLE QUEEN who lost several lengths and she finished well back. LOOKS LIKE RONNI checked off the back of ALWAYS A PIRATE going into the back straight and moved out checking UNDER ORDERS and they both lost several lengths. LOOKS LIKE RONNI suffered a wrist injury, was examined by the Vet and stood down for 10 days.
Race 4	Guthrie Bowron Wanganui - C1q - 305 Heat 1	HE'S A STUNNER was very slow to begin losing four lengths and he finished in 2nd last place. CAWBOURNE MADZ was tightened between HOMEBUSH JONAH and ASH VEGAS on the first corner, was severely checked and almost fell and she finished in last place.
Race 5	Geon, Wellington - C1q - 305 Heat 2	RISING GAS was slow to begin and lost three lengths. HOMEBUSH LOYAL ran in racing to the first corner and jostled with SHEZA RATBAG and PRINCESS WHALE who was inside these runners lost ground and went back to the rear and stayed there to the finish. HOMEBUSH LOYAL became unbalanced in the incident and also lost ground and finished in 2nd last place.
Race 6	Keenan Concrete 6 Pack - C1 - 520	STAR TO EXCEL moved in soon after the start and checked BLACK IS BACK who went back to the rear and he stayed well back throughout. UPAHUT CITY and THRILLING CAIRO bumped together for a few strides running to the first corner and UPAHUT CITY was the most affected and he dropped back to race in the rear group from there.
Race 7	Morrie Gibbons Signs - C1q - 305 Heat 3	STUMPY RELTUB who finished in last place was examined by the Vet and stood down for 7 days with painful sesamoids in both front feet.
Race 8	Gary Ross Decorator - C1q - 305 Heat 4	THRILLING TASHA and THRILLING NOTE bumped together at the start and THRILLING TASHA settled well back and stayed there to finish in 2nd last place. IN TENT and HOMEBUSH BREE bumped together on the first corner and HOMEBUSH BREE was pushed out wide on the bend over extra ground and finished in last place. IN TENT galloped on the heels of the lleader THRILLING TIM on the bend and dropped back onto YOUR ALL DONE with both dogs losing ground and the chance of finishing closer than their 4th and 6th placings. JACK BANNER was checked back to last on the first corner but then ran on quite well to finish in 5th place.
Race 9	Broad Roofing Services - C1q - 305 Heat 5	DOING THE TIME moved in on the first corner and jostled with LEFT JAB in the middle and TINY PRANCER on the inside with all three dogs losing ground. LEFT JAB was the most affected and she lost several lengths and stayed back to finish last with DOING THE TIME just ahead.
Race 10	www.wanganuicarcentre.com - C1q - 305 Heat 6	FLOYDY BOY moved in on the first corner and bumped MADAM KEISHA who lost two lengths in the incident.
