Judicial report: Under the provisions of Rule 82 .5 a Vet Certificate was recieved for the greyhound SEELEY BOOTH . This certificate was to rescind the stand down imposed on the 18th March 2010.

Race 1	The Clubhouse Bar & Cafe Sprint - C4 - 375	DREAM A WIN ran in after the start and SURFIN MINT ran outwards. SHOWTIME LEO, LIZZY LEE and AWESOME VOYAGE recieved slight checks in this incident.
Race 2	Waikato Kids Karts Stakes - C0 - 457	GIRL CHARM, THRILLING BUDDY, PRINCESS SHILOH and ENFORCER SHIRAZ were the slowest to begin. After the start FLYBY EAGLE was observed to run straight across the face of the field and this runner caused a slight check to ARE YA READY.
Race 3	Holsters Tokoroa Sprint - C3 - 375	TERROR JIM, CONTAGEN and DEVILS MARBELS were the slowest to begin.
Race 4	Thomas Jewellers Tokoroa Stakes - C1 - 457	SNOWIE SECRET, SAMBO WARRIOR, VINTAGE RED and WINSOME FREDDY were the slowest to begin. As the field raced into the first turn WINSOME FREDDY was observed to catch the heels of VINTAGE RED and drop back sharply WINSOME FREDDY finished at the rear after this check.
Race 5	Tokoroa New World Stakes - C3 - 457	WINSOME BOND was the slowest to begin. Into the first turn it was observed that FANCY GIRL was touched from behind by JET MINT with both of these runners being checked for a stride.
Race 6	Shotz & Pockets 8 Ball Club Stakes - C1 - 457	KARAMU THUNDER jumped sideways after the lids opened and crashed into STRIKE ONCE checking itself and STRIKE ONCE. GRADUATED CLASS ran out after the start and contacted COOL ANNA with both of these runners checked in this incident. Into the first turn GRADUATED CLASS came out and checked COOL ANNA with this runnner being badly checked in this incident As the field approched the first turn FANCY KATE was observed to be running out and this runner dictated the line of GRADUATED CLASS which was forced onto COOL ANNA , RUN FOR US was also contacted with these runners all being checked in this incident.
Race 7	Committee Stakes - C3/4 - 457	ATOMIC CLAIM was the slowest to begin. After the jump CALM RIP ran out and contacted BEILPAJAH PRINCE with both of these runners suffering a slight check. MIN ZILLA and LOCHINVAR PRINCE came together for a stride when LOCHINVAR PRINCE crossed to the rail around the home turn MIN ZILLA and LOCHINVAR PRINCE were both badly checked in this incident. Into the first turn STICKY BOY was checked when LOCHINVAR PRINCE crossed this runner going down to the rail.
Race 8	Tokoroa & Districts Vets Sprint - C5 - 375	SEELEY BOOTH was the slowest to begin. After the start DISCO JORDY ran inwards and forced MATES UNITE onto JAG'S FLYER with both of these runners being checked in this incident. CAPTAIN CARLOS also ran inwards after the start and caused checks to DISCO JORDY, MATES UNITE and JAG'S FLYER, SIMPLY BLESSED tried to run out after the start and contributed to this interferance.
Race 9	South Waikato Cup - C5 - 457	EXCELLENT BEC was the slowest to begin. WITCH JASPER ran out after the start and contacted SUPREME BASH both of these runners were checked for a stride in this incident. WITCH JASPER after this check dropped to the rear of the field and then ran out this runner was obviously running away from an injury and WITCH JASPER was sent for a post race Vet check which did reveal a Left Biceps Femoris Tear
Race 10	Waikato GRC Appreciation Stakes - C2 - 457	ARTIC DREAM, NO HELP INDEED, MADDER THAN and LADY MARIANNE were the slowest to begin. After the start LADY MARIANNE ran inwards and contacted MADDER THAN for a stride Into the first turn HOT BLOND crossed to the rail and in doing so HOT BLOND contacted the front legs of ARTIC DREAM checking this runner and itself. ARTIC DREAM following this check dropped to the rear of the field.
