Judicial report: The endorsement against BLACK COUGAR under Rule 80.1 was cancelled under Rule 80.7, this dog having competed in 12 races without a similar offence occuring.

Race 1	Deli's Sports Bar Sprint - C3 - 318	REZENDE was last to jump. TEE KAY GIRL ran inwards soon after the jump tightening BOLSTAD, CYCLONE HOOLEY and DEVILS MARBELS who settled well back. CYCLONE HOOLEY weighed in 4 kgs above his last weight. Trainer C Symes advised that this was his first start for nearly six months and that the weight gain had been planned.
Race 2	Jack's Wholesale Meats Stakes - C0 - 527	KARN was the last to jump. JETSUN BELLE checked outwards off the back of THRILLING CAIRO into the first bend and lost a length. After this race KARN collapsed with a post race veterinary check revealing dehydration and blood in urine with a ten day stand down recommended.
Race 3	Trophies Plus Sprint - C1 - 318	FREIGHT SHAKER was slow to jump. VALEDICTION appeared to be tightened into the bend and lost ground. DURHAM ASSASSIN ran wide into the home turn and pushed CREATIVE DREAM wider around that bend. There was no head on view available for this event.
Race 4	Thornton Auctions Auckland Derby Heat 1 - R/Aq - 527 Heat 1	THRILLING TALE and NO HELP INDEED came together for a stride in the early stages.
Race 5	$25,000 Pick6 Stakes - C1 - 527	Permission was granted for MORE PORK to box first after having given trouble at its last start. MORE PORK was sandwiched between runners soon after the jump and dropped to the rear. TAWHIRI got a slight check from FANCY KATE on his inner into the bend while shortly after COOL ANNA checked off the back of TAWHIRI with both runners losing ground. GALILEO was badly hampered in this incident and dropped to the rear.
Race 6	RHB Accounting Stakes - C1 - 527	VINTAGE RED was slow to jump. Into the first bend VINTAGE RED ran outwards into the first bend inconveniencing TONY CAN'T GO and CAWBOURNE SNOWY who both lost ground. At the entrance to the back straight WRAITH lost momentum as HOTROD HUBBLE pushed up along her inner.
Race 7	The Brownzy Sports Bar Sprint - C4 - 318	CANYA SEE ME was a clear leader into the bend but was badly dragged down by PRIVATE PEDRO and dropped to the rear. PRIVATE PEDRO also lost ground as did LIZZY LEE and BLACK COUGAR who ran wide to avoid the melee. A post race veterinary check of CANYA SEE ME revealed no injury.
Race 8	Thornton Auctions Auckland Derby Heat 2 - R/Aq - 527 Heat 2	ZERO RANGER was last to jump running on well for fourth. JET MINT checked outwards off BROTHER RABBIT on the first bend and lost a length.
Race 9	Carol's TABs Distance - C1d - 603	The boxes did not open automatically for this race despite them being tested ten minutes earlier. After all dogs were passed fit by the veterinary surgeon the race was manually started. A line of dogs went to the first bend with WIRE IT UP, CALM RIP and ITCHICOO PARK all being tightened and losing ground. HUGHES BALE checked outwards off MCCABE into the first bend and lost ground. There was no head on available for this race.
Race 10	Chilli's Restuarnt & Bar Sprint - C1 - 318	HOMEBUSH KING was tightened at the end of the back straight and dropped to the rear.
