Judicial report: PICCADILLY LINE successfully completed a satisfactory trial under Rule 83.1.

RONRAY DISCO got away from handler RH Adcock for a few metres at the stir up area before Race 7. Mr Adcock explained that the dog had unexpectedly jumped and slipped his collar. His explanation was accepted in this instance.

Handler J McInerney was reminded of his obligations in regards to staying a reasonable distance behind the sprint boxes at the start.

Race 1	Auckland Co-op Taxis Railway Sprint Heat 1 - C5q - 318 Heat 1	This race was delayed by three minutes at the request of Raceday Control. SIMPLY BLESSED was tightened into the bend and shuffled to the rear.
Race 2	Auckland Co-op Taxis Railway Sprint Heat 2 - C5q - 318 Heat 2	SURFIN' MINT ran outwards at the jump and tightened DA COOLA who dropped to the rear. MISS BRUGGE and JAZZY TOKAAM came together at the end of the back straight. At this stage SURFIN' MINT checked off the back of CAPTAIN CARLOS for a stride. On the home turn MISS BRUGGE was held up for room behind AZURE OSTI and lost momentum.
Race 3	Auckland Co-op Taxis Railway Sprint Heat 3 - C5q - 318 Heat 3	LES BAXTER was last to jump. At the end of the back straight DISCO JORDY and JULIE APPEAL came together when towards the rear. Favourite SUNSET BOMBER checked outwards off runners on the first bend and lost some ground.
Race 4	AGRC Supporters Auckland Cup Heat 1 - C5q - 527 Heat 1	OLYMPIC ACE was tightened when in between a line of dogs into the first bend and fell. HARAJUKU BOY was then forced to duck to the inside to avoid the fallen runner and checked outwards off OSTI'S RUBY with HARAJUKU BOY also falling as a result. OSTI'S RUBY lost her chance in this incident. OLYMPIC ACE and HARAJUKU BOY both regained their feet and completed the race with resultant veterinary checks revealing no injury. VIVALDI STAR was also subject to a post race veterinary check that revealed a skin laceration requiring sutures with a seven day stand down recommended.
Race 5	Auckland Co-op Taxis Railway Sprint Heat 4 - C5q - 318 Heat 4	TWO TO MIDNIGHT ran straight towards the rail on jumping tightening TRUE INTENTIONS, PRIVATE PEDRO and CHILD'S PLAY who all lost ground.
Race 6	AGRC Supporters Auckland Cup Heat 2 - C5q - 527 Heat 2	DEAL FOR YOU and WINSOME JAMES came together for a stride soon after the jump and settled well back. SHIFTY DOONS was tightened into the first bend and dropped away to finish a long last with a post race veterinary check revealing a torn gracilis with a twenty eight day stand down recommended. SUB CLASS was checked at the end of the back straight as AVA APPEAL ran past him and crossed to the inside. SUB CLASS lost momentum at this stage but rallied well to finish third.
Race 7	Auckland Co-op Taxis Railway Sprint Heat 5 - C5q - 318 Heat 5	BUTTERWORTH was checked as kennelmate JAG'S FLYER ran outwards into the bend with BUTTERWORTH dropping out to beat one home.
Race 8	AGRC Supporters Auckland Cup Heat 3 - C5q - 527 Heat 3	All clear.
Race 9	Auckland Co-op Taxis Railway Sprint Heat 6 - C5q - 318 Heat 6	THRILLING WAG was badly tightened and went down on his nose after fifty metres and dropped to the rear. A post race veterinary check revealed no injury. BLACK MOON checked outwards off runners into the bend losing ground while on the home turn LIZZY LEE was also badly checked and dropped out to last.
Race 10	AGRC Supporters Auckland Cup Heat 4 - C5q - 527 Heat 4	WINSOME OPAWA and FIFTH EDITION were the last to jump. BROTHER RABBIT ran inwards at the jump inconveniencing FANCY MEL and HAILEY'S AGENT for a few strides. Into the first bend FANCY MEL ran outwards checking BROTHER RABBIT and FIFTH EDITION who were pushed wide around the bend and lost ground.
