Judicial report: Handler Denis Schofield was fined $50.00 after admitting a breach of Rule 72.5 in that he omitted to remove the collar of HARAJUKU BOY prior to the running of Race 4. The Adjudicating Steward took into account that the breach was admitted and that this was Mr Schofield's first breach of this nature in many years.

Race 1	Jack's Wholesale Meats Sprint - C1 - 318	DURHAM ASSASSIN was slow from the inside. Into the bend an improving DURHAM ASSASSIN ran outwards on to RAT INDEED who in turn bady checked THRILLING SIOUX with this runner dropping out to finish last. A post race veterinary check of THRILLING SIOUX revealed a graze to her webbing with a seven day stand down recommended.
Race 2	www.ownagreyhound.co.nz Sprint - C2 - 318	CAWBOURNE SNOWY was very slow to jump. REVELRY faltered after fifty metres and tailed off while into the bend NEW MONIA also faltered and dropped out. Post race veterinary checks were carried out on these runners. REVELRY was found to have a fractured or dislocated hock with a sixty day stand down recommended while NEW MONIA suffered a torn gracilis with a twenty eight day stand down recommended.
Race 3	www.agrc.co.nz Stakes - C1 - 527	VINTAGE RED was slow to jump. CLASSY FORT and WRAITH came together soon after the jump with CLASSY FORT being turned sideways for a stride and losing balance. Into the first bend THRILLING CHASE was checked as CLASSY FORT endeavoured to improve to the outside. In the home straight JAYDEN'S COURAGE was checked from behind for a stride by VINTAGE RED and lost momentum. The connections of THRILLING CHASE advised that this dog would be retired from racing.
Race 4	New Zealand Racing Series Final - NZRSf - 527	BIGTIME GEM ran inwards sharply for a stride at the jump after checking off the back of EMBEZZLEMENT. At the entrance to the back straight BOON DOCK checked outwards off the heels of HAILEY'S AGENT and took a spectaclular fall. BOON DOCK completed the race with a post race veterinary check revealing cut webbing with a fourteen day stand down recommended.
Race 5	$15,000 Pick6 Sprint - C3 - 318	COOL IDOL was last to jump. On the home turn LADY CHLOE and COOL IDOL came together when well back in the field.
Race 6	Carol's TABs Stakes - C1 - 527	FREE COPY was very hard to box in this event. ROTOVEGAS GIRL ran inwards at the jump checking GALILEO for a stride. On the first bend HOTWAX ran outwards pushing ROTOVEGAS GIRL and THRILLING SNOW wider on the bend with these runners losing ground.
Race 7	Chilli's Bar & Resturant Sprint - C4/5 - 318	KAMACO was slow to jump. Into the bend CAWBOURNE HAILS was tightened along the inside and ran outwards checking an improving KAMACO with these runners dropping to the rear.
Race 8	The Brownzy Sports Bar Stakes - C3/4 - 527	TALAVERO was last to jump.
Race 9	Trophies Plus Sprint - C4 - 318	This race was delayed by two minutes at the request of Raceday Control. Favourite LIGHTS AND MUSIC was slow to jump. She then was held up when attempting to improve along the rails at the end of the back straight and lost momentum before receiving a check from CYCLONE PRESTO soon after and finishing well back.
Race 10	The Alamo Bar & TAB Sprint - C1 - 318	PURE TEMPTATION was very slow to jump but made ground quickly along the inside to run into third place. VALEDICTION ran inwards soon after the jump checking FREIGHT SHAKER and WINSOME KELLY for a stride. At the end of the back straight WINSOME KELLY was badly checked in between runners and ran outwards losing its chance with a post race veterinary check revealing no injury.
