Race 1	ADDED ENERGY WELCOME - C1 - 457	MALROY jumped to the lead before moving outwards. Into the corner he ran in resulting in FLASH TRAV striking MALROY'S heels, coming back on AKAISHA BALE who was checked.
Race 2	$25 YARD MUZZLE STAKES - C1 - 390	WICHITA LINEMAN and DAIMLER DAVE came together after the jump with DAIMLER DAVE drifting out to finish last. Into the corner KILKENNY crossed to the rail tightening WICHITA LINEMAN and KAIAPOI JADE.
Race 3	STAMINA PLUS POWDER - C1 - 457	In the run to the corner UNO JEWEL faultered when leading drifting quickly through the field checking BENJI LAFOURCHE and NORTH INGILLTAB with a resultant check to IRISH BOMBER. UNO JEWEL did not complete the race and was vetted. That revealed swelling over the triceps muscle area with a 28 day stand down recommended.
Race 4	$26 FIVE WIRE MUZZLE STAKES - C1 - 390	Into the corner UNDER COVER, HOMEBUSH BONITA, WHITE PHOSPHOROUS and ROTKARA MOMENTS came together with ROTKARA MOMENTS coming back on LEO'S BOY with ROYAL RODNEY running wide as a result.
Race 5	BRENDON BURKE @ SOUTHERN WIDE - C2 - 390	Into the corner HOMEBUSH MATE was tightened coming back on CAWBOURNE SHOT, BAMBOOZLA and WILLY BOLT.
Race 6	ASCOT PARK HOTEL - C1 - 390	ZORRO MAN and KNOW WONDER jumped awkwardly from the boxes. KNOW WONDER ran wide into the home straight.
Race 7	BOUNCE B POWDER - C2 - 457	DA BOSS was slow toump. Into the bend FROSTY EQUATOR quickly lost contact with the field when racing in the clear before running on in the straight. He was subject to a veterinary check which revealed nothing amiss. Trainer A Joyce reported that the dog was recovering from a shoulder problem and that may have been affecting him. The performance was deemed unsatisfactory by Stewards with FROSTY EQUATOR ordered to undertake a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with Rule 81.1. WAVE YA HAND ran out and collided with CAWBOURNE BUNDY into the home straight.
Race 8	www.southlandgreyhounds.co.nz Final - C1f - 457	ADDICTED TO LUV ran out on jumping checking THAT'S BIZAAR and HOMEBUSH OSO.
Race 9	MOLLY O'GRADYS - C3 - 457	SELF INFLICTED and LAGER IN PARIS came together into the corner with SELF INFLICTED falling heavily. He regained his feet to finish the race with a veterinary check revealing nothing amiss.
Race 10	S.R. DOUBLE D SYNDICATE - C5 - 390	KNOW NEED to slow to jump. STRAIGHT OFF ran in after the jumping colliding with BABE'S BOY. Into the bend STRAIGHT OFF was checked when tightened between SUNSET BOMBER and KNOW NEED.
