| Race 1 | Deli's Sports Bar Sprint - C2/3 - 318 | VALUE PACK, ANOTHER JENNY, WILD FLYNN and CAWBOURNE SNOWY were all a stride slow at the jump. At the end of the back straight ANOTHER JENNY ran inwards and hit the rail dropping to the rear with a post race veterinary check revealing no injury. |
| Race 2 | The Brownzy Sports Bar Sprint - C0 - 318 | This race was delayed by one minute at the request of Raceday Control. FAITHFUL ACE and VONRYANS XPRESS came together soon after the jump and continued to do so for the length of the back straight when well back. Into the bend BLUE STRATA received a slight check as SUCH HOPE crossed him to lead while soon after LAGOON BRANDO ran away from the fence and pushed WILLEE WINDSOR and BLUE STRATA wider. |
| Race 3 | Jack's Wholesale Meats Sprint - C1 - 318 | FREIGHT SHAKER was last to jump. Into the bend BITTA ZIP was tightened and lost ground with FREIGHT SHAKER and TAWHIRI losing ground as a result. |
| Race 4 | $7,500 Bonus First4 Sprint - C4 - 318 | WITCH JASPER was always keen to get off the rail and came together with kennelmate DREAM A WIN for a good part of the back straight. BOLSTAD and FORTIS JOURNEY were tightened in behind as a result. When WITCH JASPER finally managed to get into the clear he pushed FORTIS JOURNEY and WINSOME SKY wide on the bend with these two runners losing ground. |
| Race 5 | $15,000 Pick6 Sprint - C1 - 318 | FREE COPY, AGENT WHALE and WINSOME KELLY were all slow away. Of these FREE COPY made up ground well for third. |
| Race 6 | $5,000 Bonus Trifecta Stakes - C2/3 - 527 | TALAVERO and WILL SHE ECHO made their customary slow beginnings with both dogs making good ground for third and fourth respectively. |
| Race 7 | $7,500 Bonus Quaddie Sprint - C2 - 318 | Favourite COOL IDOL missed the jump by four lengths settling last. He made up ground in grand fashion to finish second. WINSOME BOND was also slow to jump. PRINCESS WHALE received a slight check into the bend and dropped out to finish last with a post race veterinary check revealing a right hock strain with a ten day stand down recommended. |
| Race 8 | Carol's TABs Stakes - C1 - 527 | Permission was granted for THRILLING CHASE to be boxed first. MCCABE came up with the lids and settled last making ground for fifth. GRADUATED CLASS checked outwards off THRILLING CHASE on the first bend and pushed HOMEBUSH TUI wide around that bend. |
| Race 9 | Terry Ryan Timber Six Pack Sprint - C5 - 318 | KERRIE"S FANTASY was squeezed to the rear in the early rush while into the bend WINSOME LIGHT and JAZZY TOKAAM received some tightening and dropped out. On the home turn KERRIE'S FANTASY and JAZZY TOKAAM came together when well back. |
| Race 10 | The Alamo Bar & TAB Sprint - C1 - 318 | THRILLING SYD weighed in 2.4 kgs under its previous weight on 1 October with Trainer A Bowen stating that this was intentional and the veterinary surgeon having no concerns about the weight loss. Hot favourite DURHAM ASSASSIN came up with the lids and lost his chance. THRILLING SYD cut across to the rails and tightened MISTY VELVET and INDIA BLUE who were both tightened and lost ground. THRILLING SYD was checked as RAT INDEED crossed him into the bend and lost momentum with MISTY VELVET and DURHAM ASSASSIN being forced very wide around the bend. |
