Judicial report: The stand down imposed on FLYING CHAMELEON under Rule 68.26 on 29 December 2009 was rescinded under Rule 82.5 by Dr Joan Hessell in the presence of a Stipendiary Steward.

Race 1	Welcome Manukau Sprint - C4 - 318	FORTIS JOURNEY and COLERIDGE ANDIE were the slowest to begin. After the start GOLD FOR THYS ran out and I'M A FOOL ran inwards which gave COLERIDGE ANDIE no racing room. COLERIDGE ANDIE recieved a touch into the first turn from BLACK COUGAR, after this incident COLERIDGE ANDIE then raced wide. GOLD FOR THYS and I'M A FOOL came together in the run to the first turn on several occasion . COLERIDGE ANDIE was sent for a post race Vet check which revealed no abnormalities.
Race 2	Simply Grey Calendar Sprint - C0 - 318	FAITHFUL ACE was the slowest to begin. Into the first turn GINGER BISCUIT ran wide and in doing so forced FAITHFUL ACE over extra ground.
Race 3	ownagreyhound.co.nz Sprint - C1 - 318	DURHAM ASSASSIN and THRILLING VIRUS were the slowest to begin. THRILLING SHADZ and FLYBY RADAR were observed to be jostling for several strides in the run to the first turn.
Race 4	The Brownzy Sports Bar Stakes - C1 - 527	ZERO RANGER and MADDER THAN were the slowest to begin.
Race 5	Trophies Plus Sprint - C0 - 318	LISA LONG LEGS, DYNAMIC DIXIE, ELUSIVE CONQUEST and WRAITH were the slowest to begin. BLUE STRATA ran out after the jump and contacted VONRYANS XPRESS it was observed that these two runners were jostling in the run to the first turn.
Race 6	Thornton Auctions Stakes - C1 - 527	VINTAGE RED and SNOWIE SECRET were very slow to jump . WINSOME FREDDY caught the hindquaters of MCCABE as the field progessed arounf the 2nd turn and was checked for a stride.
Race 7	The Alamo Bar & TAB Sprint - C1 - 318	FREIGHT SHAKER and THRILLING FELIX were the sloest to begin.. BIGTIME MATE was contacted by MATILDA'S BEST as the field progressed into the first turn with BIGTIME MATE dropping back sharply as the result of this check. BIGTIME MATE was also contacted by THRILLING IRIS around the home bend .
Race 8	Pacific Sheet & Coil (NZ) Stakes - C4/5 - 527	WINSOME SKY, THRILLING WOLF, JAG'S FLYER and WINSOME JAMES were the slowest to begin. Racing into the first turn there was tightening to several runners when WINSOME JAMES ran inwards and THRILLING WOLF tried to get out JAG'S FLYER suffered the worst of this interferance and dropped to the rear and went down on his nose . WINSOME SKY was also effected in this incident and suffered a check into this bend.
Race 9	Jack's Wholesale Meats Stakes - C3 - 527	ON MY MIND , TALEVERO and CAWBOURNE SNOWY were the slowest to begin .
Race 10	Carol's TABs Sprint - C2 - 318	TONY CANT GO was the slowest to begin. After the start DEVILS MARBELS was checked by BARALLEN, after this incident BARALLEN pushed DEVILS MARBELS down onto HOMEBUSH KING. After this check DEVILS MARBELS then raced wide on the track
