Judicial report: An enquiry was opened and adjourned in to the non apperance of BIGTIME SCAR( trainer) B Hunt for race two on todays card

Handler Mr Bruce Goodwin was spoken to by the stewards cocerning ANOTHER NICK getting loose in the parade ring prior to race 9, his explanation was excepted on this occassion as he was unfarmilier with the dog and its collar gear , as he was called upon at late notice to help the McInerney team due to Mr Stephen McInerney needing to leave the course urgently on other matters.
Trainers Brendon Cole and Paul Freeman spoke to the stewards midway through the programe with some concerns about the state of the track, they both had differing opinions
The stewards walked the track and after consultation with the curator there was no cause for concern and the rest of the meeting proceeded smoothly
BARRY'S INTENT suffered a fractured hock during the running of race six and was euthanased at the trainers request

Race 1	Allied Workforce 0800 Labour - C1 - 520	racing in to the first turn WANDY KYLE came across on to PURE FURY and caused himself to be checked and went back at that point ,COMET PRINCESS who was in behind them had to race out wide to avoid WANDY KYLE and lost ground as they raced in to the back stretch As the field made their way towards the home turn RED TERROR and ERIC PHOENIX came together for several strides after ERIC PHEONIX had been clippep from behind by WANDY KYLE ERIC PHOENIX was showing signs of heat stress on returning to the hose down area and was examined by the vet and this was found to be the case, with a 10 days stand down imposed
Race 2	Mickey's Super Liquor - C1/2 - 305	CAP FANTASTIC was a late scratching at kenneling due to a gracilis muscle injury BIGTIME SCAR was not presented at kenneling ,and was decleared a late scratching an inquiry has been opened and adjourned at this point so the stewards can enquire in to the circumstances SCOTCH AND DRY and HOMEBUSH KING came together for a couple of strides as the field raced in to the first turn
Race 3	Bilderbeck Construction - C1 - 520	As the field raced down to the first turn MUSTARD KEEN came across looking for the rail and caused severe tightning to CYCLONE TRAVIS BLACK OCTANE (fav) and DAPTO TOKEN ,these dogs all went back through the field with DAPTO TOKEN brushing the rail in this incident BLACK OCTANE had his chances extinguished in this incident and was not able to get back in to contention from there on in ,and was sent for a vet check where he was found to have suffered a cut on the inside of his right hock with a 7 days stand down imposed DAPTO TOKEN was observed to make contact with the rail on the top bend ,and was sent for a vet check as a precaution and was found to have suffered bruising to a shoulder and thigh with a 7 days stand down BLACK OCTANE was sent for a vet check and was found to be suffering from a cut to the inside of his right hock with a 7 days stand down imposed
Race 4	Broad Roofing Services - C1/2 - 305	THRILLING DEE was awkwardly away from the boxes and never recovered from there on in As the field raced in to the first bend WONGAWILLISTEVE came out off the rail on to TIPSY MAGGO who went out in to SPECTRA CONQUEEST who was attempting to make ground around the field These dogs all lost ground in this incident and could not get back in to contention from there on in.
Race 5	Harrison Hire Master - C3 - 305	As the field raced in to the first turn BILLY MA'S TIP came across looking for the rail and caused tightning to AWESOME VINTAGE ,CLASSIC BEN and HOMEBUSH PERCY who made contact with the rail at that point CLASSIC BEN recovered well from this incident to finish in 3rd placing at the line On the point of the home turn MISS AGENT had to check back off the heels of FAST STASS at that point and these two dogs filled the last two placings at the line
Race 6	Pedigree - C2/3 - 520	As the field raced in to the first turn FINN,S ANGEL came across on to SMART SHAMILLA and BARRY,S INTENT(fav) who was galloped on from behind at that point,NELLY JEAN who was in behind these dogs came out to avoid trouble and forced CAWBOURNE SPEED and HOMEBUSH MARLON to go wide ,covering a lot of extra ground SMART SHAMILLA came out on to FINN'S ANGEL at this point BARRY,S INTENT (fav) was observed to lose ground soon after this incident and pulled up on the home turn in some distress and was attended to by the vet and was found to have suffered a fracture of the right hock and was euthanased at the trainers request. FARMOR JAZIL was knocked from behind in pulling up at the lure and was observed to be sore in his front shoulder and was vetted and found to have suffered bruising to left and right pectorals with a 5 days stand down imposed
Race 7	Crombie Lockwood (NZ) Ltd - C4/5 - 305	As the field raced in to the first turn there was severe tighning to HERE IN SPIRIT and FARMOR ENFORCER as GUNNADOO KNIGHT came across toward the rail,these three dogs had there chances extinguished in this incident and they filled the last three placings at the line GUNNADOO KNIGHT and HERE IN SPIRIT came together on the home turn for a stride
Race 8	Guthrie Bowron Wanganui - C4/5 - 520	As they jumped from the boxes MILLY,S MATE went across the face of GONE ZILLA (fav) who went back to the rear and raced there until the home straight where she then ran on for 5th placing at the line and was sent for a vet check as a precaution BIGTIME GEM also cross the face of MYA FLYER as they left the boxes and she went back and lost a couple of lengths On racing in to the first turn CAWBOURNE KING came over as SHIFTY DOONS came out off the fence and MILLY,S MATE was squeezed back towards the rear at that point ,but recovered well to finish in 4th placing at the line GONE ZILLA was checked by the vet where no abnormalities were found
Race 9	Kennan Concrete 6 Pack - C4/5 - 305	This race went approx 2and half minutes over time due to ANOTHER NICK getting loose from his handler in the outside parade area and after being vetted the dog was cleared to start The handler of ANOTHER NICK was spoken to regarding the dog getting loose ,and due to extenuating circumstances , being the handler was unfarmilier with this dog and its gear arrangement no charges were laid Soon after the start JUST LIKE BEE and ANOTHER NICK were observed to be checked and go back to the rear as WONGAWILLINEV from the 8 box came over There was no head on coverage for this race
Race 10	www.wanganuicarcentre.com - C4 - 305	Soon after the start JOSHIE,S GIRL came across on to RAPPER NEWY and CAWBOURNE FELLA (fav) was squeezed back to the rear and soon after received another check and lost ground and was never able to get back in to contention from there on in
