Judicial report: The 28 day stand down imposed on BORN ENTERTAINER was revoked under Rule 68.7 after Stewards were provided with an explanation of the circumstances surrounding the late scratching on the 27th December 2009.

Race 1	Welcome To Manukau Stadium Sprint - C2 - 318	All clear.
Race 2	Simply Grey Calendar Sprint - C0 - 318	ROLL UP was a shade slow. General tightening from eventual winner MATILDA'S BEST saw WRAITH, DYNAMIC DIXIE and WILLEE WINDSOR squeezed shortly after the start. On the point of the bend WHO NOSE FITZ ran out slightly inconveniencing WILLEE WINDSOR.
Race 3	Chilli's TAB & Restaurant Sprint - C1 - 318	As the field raced into the first bend LOW AND HIGHS was tightened by SHOWTIME ADDIS and lost ground. THRILLING VIRUS was also inconvenienced and was forced over extra ground as a result.
Race 4	Terry Ryan Timber Sprint - C5 - 318	SURFIN' MINT was placed on the box first list as per Rule 72.10.
Race 5	Pick6 Sprint - C0 - 318	TEE KAY MASSIVE was squeeze by FAITHFUL ACE as the field raced into the first bend and lost ground.
Race 6	The Alamo Bar & TAB Sprint - C3 - 318	There was minor jostling between JULIE MAY, BOLSTAD and ANOTHER PRIDE racing to the first bend. ANOTHER PRIDE ran wide as a result and lost considerable ground.
Race 7	The Brownzy Sports Bar Sprint - C1 - 318	In attempting to move away from the rail around the bend THRILLING CATCH jostled with runners and lost ground.
Race 8	Deli's Sports Bar Stakes - C3/4 - 527	TALEVERO was very slow to begin.
Race 9	Protector Safety Stakes - C1 - 527	The favourite, FANCY KATE, ran out at the winning post on the first occasion causing interference to both MOONSHINE LASS and THRILLING MISS. Handler S.Mann was spoken to advisedly with regards to his handling of the winner JAYDEN'S COURAGE at the dias.
Race 10	Jack's Wholesale Meats Sprint - C4 - 318	CAWBOURNE RAY was buffetted on several occasions down the back straight, then appeared to falter as the field approached the bend. A post race veterinary check was carried out which revealed a fractured right metatasals. CAWBOURNE RAY was euthanaised as a result of these injuries.
