Track: Good With the sun and wind the track was kept watered throughout, and every effort was made to smooth out the track and ensure a level racing surface after each race on the programme.
Scales: Correct at designated weights.
Health and Safety comment:

Judicial report: Ken Tucky (J.Dunn) completed a Satisfactory Trial as required under Rule 81.1.
Trainer P.Conner was fined $35.00 for a breach of Rule 110.5.b in regards to a greyhound escaping his control prior to Race 1.

Race 1	Advance Pet Nutrition Sprint - C2 - 295	From the jump HOMEBUSH BEST ran inwards and KNOW CENTS pushed outwards with resultant checks to JEALOUS GLANCE and AINT THAT COOL who went back to the rear and lost all chances. At the lure the winner HOMEBUSH BEST was pushed under the running rail and was subject to a veterinary check which revealed no injury.
Race 2	Challenge Opawa All Up Stakes - C1 - 520	MR BONZALAS was permitted to box first under Rule 72.10. Into the first bend CAWBOURNE SNEAKY moved outwards and pushed OLD MATE DAVE into JAY O'MAC who was crossing over to the rail. Druring the incident NORTH INGILLTAB and ALCATRAZ BOY were checked, with ALCATRAZ BOY losing ground but running on strongly in the home straight for second.
Race 3	Wilson's Sports Bar & TAB Dash - C0 - 295	JUMP START JACK was very slow to jump and lost all chances to finish at the rear. From the jump GO WILD SHANE pushed across and checked the running of LIFE WITH DEXTER.
Race 4	www.duvauchellehotelmotel.co.nz Stakes - C2 - 520	BEEJAY'S MATE and LOU BALE came together in the run to the first turn and checked the running of SEA ADMIRAL.
Race 5	Tuesday Place Pick Dash - C1 - 295	MADDY JEAN and VAMPIRES SHADOW came together in the run to the turn and then again on the bend with both dogs losing ground and forcing PEG'S ANGEL wide on the track. Into the home straight SOULJAH BOY moved off the rail and checked the running of SILENT STRYKER. After the race VAMPIRES SHADOW was subject to a veterinary check which revealed a torn left hind web and right fore nail missing and a 21 day stand down recommended.
Race 6	www.greyhoundtips.co.nz Stakes - C1 - 520	CROSSFIRE MAX was very slow to jump but got to the lead at the end of the back straight and went on to win. On the first turn UNDER COVER ran outwards and checkedf WAVE YA HAND and COSTA BRAVO.
Race 7	Super Pets Sprint - C4 - 295	In the run to the turn KATIE MAC checked off the rear of CAFE CAPRI. Into the turn ROTKARA LUCY crossed over and checked MOJAVE MICK with a resultant further check to KATIE MAC who went back to last and never recovered.
Race 8	www.canterburyproperty.co.nz Sprint - C0 - 295	In the run to the turn STICK'S TOO moved outwards checking the running of JUST ADDISON and forcing THRILLING ROBYN wide on the track.
Race 9	Robbie's Bar & Bistro Stakes - C0 - 520	SPEED TICKET was very slow to jump. Into the first turn an improving SPEED TICKET pushed through on the rail and forcedTARGET HAND into FEVER SHIRAZ who went wide on the track.
Race 10	$25,000 Pick 6 Leg 1 - C5 - 520	On the first turn the early leader CAWBOURNE BOLT ran outwards and pushed the field wide. WINSOME BUCKS was slow to jump, but ran through the gap opened on the first bend to take the lead and go on to win.
Race 11	The Miller Bar & Cafe Sprint - C1 - 295	From the jump ZAGAR ran outwards and checked WICHITA LINEMAN. Into the turn TOKEN RAGE pushed through under HAPITOV who collided with ZAGAR and then forced WICHITA LINEMAN and MALROY wide.
Race 12	Barron's Supplies Dash - C2 - 295	On the turn as the field tightened SORRY VANDERFORD checked off the rear of LESTER and pushed BAMBOOZLA and HOMEBUSH MATE wide.
Race 13	Coalgate Tavern Sprint - C3 - 295	Into the turn LE FLAMBEUR moved outwards and checked the running of ALBIE'S LAD, WILLY BOLT and CAWBOURNE CLICK.
Race 14	Speight's Six Pack - C4 - 520	In the run to the first bend SPLENDID TYCOON moved outwards and came into contact with CYBER BLUE who clipped the rear of SMASH PALACE and fell heavily causing a severe check to the trailing FLYING ASPEN. CYBER BLUE regained her feet and finished a distant last. A post race veterinary check of CYBER BLUE revealed nothing amiss.
Race 15	Merry Christmas Dash - C5 - 295	CURVE BALL was slow to jump and then was checked in the run to the turn when ANOTHER MANGLES crossed over.
