Judicial report: FANCY SPIDER weighed in 1.9 kgs over its last race weight. However this previous weight was recorded at Manawatu when the scales were not accurate. Therefore no charges were preferred in this matter.

Race 1	Karapiro Distance - C1d - 650	All clear.
Race 2	Matangi Stakes - C0 - 457	DEL'S DANDY was handy early but dropped away free of interference to finish a long last. A post race veterinary check revealed no injury with the connections being informed that an improved effort would be expected at her next start.
Race 3	Interislander Sprint - C2 - 375	SYDENHAM PRETTY checked outwards off QUEEN FALCON as that runner crossed to the lead into the bend with SYDENHAM PRETTY losing ground. ITCHICOO PARK was also checked in this incident. On the home turn REZENDE and SYDENHAM PRETTY came together when well back.
Race 4	Raglan Sprint - C5 - 375	BUT WHY NOT was held up for a stride when racing on the inside of LOONEY LEE on the bend.
Race 5	0800 4Down Cow Stakes - C1 - 457	VINTAGE RED was slow from the outside but made ground well for fourth. STRIKE ONCE and LAGOON FIFI came together soon after the jump with LAGOON FIFI dropping to the rear where she stayed. A post race veterinary check of LAGOON FIFI revealed no injury.
Race 6	YGOT Bonus Scheme Stakes - C1 - 457	BIGTIME COWELL and WINSOME KELLY were the last to leave the boxes and remained well back. HOT FONZ was tightened into the bend losing ground but ran home well for third. BIGTIME COWELL was subject to a post rsce veterinary check on the request of the handler with no abnormalities found.
Race 7	Superior Chunky Dog Rolls Sprint - C3 - 375	BEACH STREET jumped sharply inwards at the start checking BLACK TREND, THRILLING WAG, ON MY MIND and GOLD FOR THYS who all lost ground. Into the bend BEACH STREET was dragged down from behind and lost ground with a post race veterinary check revealing puncture wounds to left hind webbing with a seven day stand down recommended. In the home straight an improving THRILLING WAG ran out of room on the inside of LAURETANA BOY and was severely checked losing all momentum and dropping away. A post race veterinary check of THRILLING WAG revealed no injury.
Race 8	Greyhounds As Pets Stakes - C2/3 - 457	BORN ENTERTAINER and DARK FANCY came together soon after the jump. In the back straight THRILLING ALERT was keen to get to the outside and jostled with DARK FANCY for some distance and lost ground. THRILLING ALERT made ground well for fourth when in the clear.
Race 9	Raceway Sprint - C5 - 375	PAYNEFUL TRUTH was very slow to jump. Into the bend CAWBOURNE BESS and PRIVATE PEDRO were tightened and dropped to the rear while PRIVATE PEDRO checked off runners when attempting to improve soon after. ZAMBORA MAN was knocked over at the lure and received a trampling from the other dogs with a post race veterinary check revealing no injury.
Race 10	TAB Pump & Automotive Stakes - C4 - 457	BEILPAJAH PRINCE was last leaving the boxes but made ground well for a close fourth.
