Track: Good The ongoing problems with the accuracy of the weighing scales has now been rectified with the setting up and re calibration of the Clubs formerly redundant set of scales and they are now working perfectly.
Scales: Checked and correct
Health and Safety comment: Nil

Judicial report: The meeting was put back by one race due to an On Course T.A.B problem and once rectified, there were no further problems.

Race 1	Vision Manawatu Maiden Sprint - C0 - 375	Just prior to start time for race one, the meeting was put back by one race due to a T.A.B problem on course. The Trainers, who were already assembled at the start, were given the option to return to the kennels but chose to remain on the track. VONRYANS XPRESS and WANDY JAY JAY jostled together for several strides on the first corner and they lost several lengths and stayed back to finish in the last two places.
Race 2	Quality Presentations Ltd Maiden Sprint - C0 - 375	TUI CAN DO ran very wide on the bend and into the straight covering extra ground and he finished in last place. WANDY KYLE was outside TUI CAN DO starting on the bend and he was forced wide for a few strides and finished in 2nd last place.
Race 3	Grant Irvine Pharmacy Middle Distance - C1 - 457	All clear.
Race 4	Wenham Grain & Seed Middle Distance - C1 - 457	CRYSTAL BANNER and COMET PRINCESS were both slow to begin losing several lengths and all chance of a placing. COMET PRINCESS did make up ground well to finish in 4th place but CRYSTAL BANNER stayed back to finish in last place.
Race 5	Bill Boyd & Associates Sprint - C1 - 375	HOEMEBUSH JAZZ, MISSY OCTANE and JO BAXTER were the slowest to begin and they never improved their positions and finished in the last three places. JO BAXTER suffered a metacarpal injury and was stood down for 7 days.
Race 6	Radio Trackside 828AM Manawatu Six Pack Sprint - C2 - 375	CAP FANTASTIC who had led for most of the race was tiring but was still in 3rd place short of the finish line when he was checked and finished in 4th place but the check possibly cost him 3rd place. DEL TONES was checked and fell just after crossing the finish line and he was examined by the Vet and cleared of injury.
Race 7	Delta Drainage & Water Services Sprint - C1 - 375	CRYSTAL KATIE was checked and fell on the first corner and a couple of strides further on THRILLING SHADZ and MISS AGENT collided and they lost several lengths and all chance. CRYSTAL KATIE was examined by the Vet and cleared of injury.
Race 8	Outback Trading Company Ltd Sprint - C1 - 375	One of the favourites WINSOME DOLL began awkwardly and settled at the rear. She then collided with MADAM KEISHA on the first corner and both lost ground and they stayed back to finish in the last two places.
Race 9	Oroua Downs Tannery Sprint - C1 - 375	The favourite FIVE KAY KAT was the slowest to begin but then went forward to be midfield on the first corner. He then received a check and lost ground and finished in 5th place.
Race 10	Manawatu RC At Awapuni On Saturday Sprint - C4 - 375	CAWBOURNE SERENE ran wide on the bend and into the straight and forced BACK DRAUGHT to race wide over extra ground as well and they finished in the rear group.
