Track: Good The track was in excellent condition given the deluge of rain on Friday night which had left it waterlogged on Saturday morning and the track staff are to be commended on this.

Race 1 Meadowset Graphic Series - C0q - 318 Heat 1 FLYBY EAGLE ran inwards soon after the jump contacting ELUSIVE CONQUEST and SNO ZONE for a stride. Soon after this FLYBY EAGLE was badly checked as DYNAMIC DIXIE ran inwards with FLYBY EAGLE dropping to the rear. SNO ZONE was also badly checked at this stage losing ground. Soon after this DYNAMIC DIXIE hit the rail and was dragged down by other runners with SNO ZONE and ARE YA READY having to avoid this runner and losing ground. Post race veterinary checks were carried out on SNO ZONE and DYNAMIC DIXIE with SNO ZONE being diagnosed with an injury to left hip support and quadriceps muscle with a ten day stand down recommended. DYNAMIC DIXIE was found to have a pectoral muscle injury with a seven day stand down recommended.
Race 2 Meadowset Graphic Series - C0q - 318 Heat 2 FLYBY KAHN was slow to jump settling last. LADY JETSUN and BIGTIME LUCKY were badly checked as THRILLING WORLD came across sharply soon after the jump and lost ground. THRILLING WORLD was then dragged down for a stride losing momentum. This runner ran wide on the home turn taking LADY JETSUN wider with both dogs losing ground. A post race veterinary check of THRILLING WORLD revealed a pectoral muscle injury with a twenty one day stand down recommended.
Race 3 Thornton Auctions Stakes - C1 - 527 Littermates WINSOME FREDDY and WINSOME KELLY came together at the jump. Pacemaker BENGINEER eased at the end of the back straight losing several places before running on again for fourth. A post race veterinary check of BENGINEER revealed injuries to triceps and pectineus muscles with a ten day stand down recommended. After consultation with Trainer Mrs L Martin the dog was also ordered to undertake a satistactory trial under Rule 81.1
Race 4 Jack's Wholesale Meats Sprint - C3 - 318 WINSOME SKY was slow to jump. CAWBOURNE GREG, CAPTAIN CARLOS and LAURETANA BOY all came together in the early rush while LAURETANA BOY was tightened soon after and lost ground.
Race 5 $15,000 Pick6 Stakes - C1 - 527 THRILLING KADEE was tightened on two occasions early in the race and dropped to the rear. WINSOME BOND cut down to the rails on the home turn badly checking JAYDEN'S COURAGE who lost ground.
Race 6 Terry Ryan Timber Sprint - C5 - 318 WINSOME LIGHT was badly tightened and fell just prior to the bend. She regained her feet and finished the race with a post race veterinary check revealing no injury.
Race 7 The Alamo Bar & TAB Stakes - C2 - 527 DOLLY BREEN was checked in the run to the first bend and lost ground. MIRKOLA BALE was handy early but dropped out to finish last with a post race veterinary check revealing a triceps muscle injury and bruising after possibly hitting the rail with a twenty one day stand down recommended.
Race 8 Trophies Plus Series Final - C1f - 318 REVENANT was badly dragged down into the bend and ran outwards extinguishing the chances of HOMEBUSH KING and PRINCESS WHALE at this time. A post race veterinary check of REVENANT revealed a latissimus dorsi injury with a seven day stand down recommended.
Race 9 Pacific Sheet & Coil (NZ) Stakes - C4 - 527 Permission was granted for BEILPAJAH PRINCE to be boxed first under Rule 72.10. SHE'S TOO COOL was badly checked on the first bend when crossed by WINSOME JAMES. SHE'S TOO COOL nearly fell but recovered quickly although losing some ground.
Race 10 The Brownzy Sports Bar Sprint - C4 - 318 WILD FLYNN and LADY HEATHER jostled for some distance in the back straight. FANCY EEL clipped the back of ANOTHER JENNY on the home turn and fell heavily. FANCY EEL then smashed into the lure at some speed after the event with a post race veterinary check revealing a laceration to webbing requiring sutures and a triceps injury with a twenty one day stand down recommended.
