Track: Good The track was in excellent condition after much rain in the week and intermittent showers through the programme. A new power cable was laid to the back straight ensuring that power was fed to the 457m and 375m boxes with these boxes working without problems.

Race 1	Leamington Distance - C2d - 650	BEILPAJAH PRINCE came up with the lids and settled back. In the early rush SHEA SHERIE and BONNIE BOUCHEA were both tightened with SHEA SHERIE losing many lengths and dropping to the rear while on the first bend TIGGER FOOT ran outwards and checked an improving BEILPAJAH PRINCE who lost ground. A post race veterinary check of TIGGER FOOT revealed a cut under her right fore dew claw with a seven day stand down recommended.
Race 2	Greyhounds North Maiden Distance Series - C0d - 650	BIGTIME BALLAD and IN THE BIN came together around the first bend with IN THE BIN losing a length. There was no head on view available for the event.
Race 3	Tamahere Stakes - C1 - 457	SECRET TRACEY was very slow to jump doing well to finish fourth. On the bend CATCHING ON faltered when challenging for the lead and dropped away to finish last with a post race veterinary check revealing a strained monkey muscle with a twenty one day stand down recommended.
Race 4	0800 Down Cow Ltd Stakes - C3/4 - 457	SHE'S TOO COOL ran inwards contacting BOON DOCK for a stride in the run down the back straight.
Race 5	Tauwhare Stakes - C1 - 457	CAWBOURNE BOTROS ran outwards in the early stages tightening SHY NEENA and THRILLING RAY. On the bend WINSOME KELLY checked outwards off the back of THRILLING MISS and lost ground.
Race 6	Interislander Stakes - C1 - 457	HOT FONZ was tightened and lost ground at the end of the back straight while shortly after this KARAMU THUNDER was badly checked and dropped to the rear.
Race 7	YGOT Bonus Stakes - C2 - 457	BLACK TREND ran inwards and checked MADDER THAN soon after the jump and continued to head to the rail with THRILLING FLEUR also being tightened and dropped to the rear.
Race 8	Protector Safety Sprint - C3/4 - 375	GUNNADOO KNIGHT ran inwards soon after the jump tightening ENSIGN and FANCY EEL who lost ground. Shortly after this GUNNADOO KNIGHT continued to head towards the rail and came together with BUT WHY NOT for a stride.
Race 9	Superior Chunky Dog Rolls Sprint - C5 - 375	BLACK MOON ducked out at the jump checking PRIVATE PEDRO for a stride with this runner dropping to the rear. ZAMBORA MAN checked off NATIONAL DEBT into the bend and lost momentum losing ground.
Race 10	TAB Pump & Automotive Stakes - C5 - 457	PAYNEFUL TRUTH was slow to jump. SHOWBAGS and AWESOME VOYAGE came together for a stride soon after the jump while HARAJUKU BOY was tightened and lost ground on the bend.
