| Race 1 | Te Awamutu Self Storage Maiden Series - C0q - 457 Heat 1 | UTAR NANA was slow away and remained well back throughout. There was no head on coverage of this race. |
| Race 2 | Greyhounds North Maiden Distance Series - C0d - 650 | SERIOUS CHARGE was handy early but dropped away to finish a long last with a post race veterinary check revealing that the dog had tied up with no stand down recommended. Trainer B Cole reported that the dog had not travelled particularly well this morning. |
| Race 3 | Te Awamutu Self Storage Maiden Series - C0q - 457 Heat 2 | GO BOOF came up with the lids and NATHAN OPAWA was slow with these two runners settling towards the rear. |
| Race 4 | Waikato Classic - R/Aq - 457 Heat 1 | Favourite WINSOME JAMES was held up on two occasions in the run down the back straight and was never in contention thereafter. |
| Race 5 | Te Awamutu Self Storage Maiden Series - C0q - 457 Heat 3 | RIDDLE BOY was slow from the outside. At the end of the back straight WHERE'S WALLY was badly checked as HE'S STUNNING crossed it with WHERE'S WALLY ducking to the outside badly checking an improving CAWBOURNE ROD with both runners losing their chance. |
| Race 6 | Waikato Classic - R/Aq - 457 Heat 2 | LET'S DEBATE appeared to be tightened by COLLECTION soon afdter the jump and dropped to the rear. Soon after COLLECTION was jammed between runners and lost ground. He then crashed into the rail and failed to complete the race with LET'S DEBATE receiving another check at this point. A post race veterinary check of COLLECTION revealed a compound fracture of the left ulna with a 48 day stand down recommended. |
| Race 7 | Te Awamutu Self Storage Maiden Series - C0q - 457 Heat 4 | ROLL UP came up with the lids and settled last. Into the first bend UTAR JET checked outwards off runners and took the legs out from under her brother CENTRAL SKIP who fell. CENTRAL SKIP was subject to a post race veterinary check that revealed no injury. |
| Race 8 | Waikato Classic - R/Aq - 457 Heat 4 | LITTLE MOTHER ran outwards soon after the jump taking the line of WINSOME DELTA who lost ground. WINSOME DELTA then came together with OSTI'S RUBY for a stride. OPAWA COLLAR checked outwards off the back of MILLY'S MATE into the bend and lost ground. OPAWA COLLAR ran on well for fourth. |
| Race 9 | Simply Grey Dash - C2 - 375 | HOMEBUSH CHARLI and THRILLING GABBY were the last to jump. BARALLEN ran wide on the home turn pushing DEVILS MARBELS wider with both dogs losing ground. They both made ground well in the straight to be close up. |
| Race 10 | Waikato Classic - R/Aq - 457 Heat 3 | OPAWA PATTY and favourite TRICKY SHELLEY came together along the inside towards the end of the back straight with TRICKY SHELLEY losing ground and OPAWA PATTY receiving a rough run being checked twice soon after. HAILEY'S AGENT was badly checked in this incident and lost her chance. TRICKY SHELLEY made ground well for third with OPAWA PATTY finishing fourth. Following the race OPAWA PATTY and SWIP TASTIC were subject to post race veterinary checks that revealed no injuries. |
| Race 11 | Rud's 50th Birthday Dash - C5 - 375 | FIND PEDRO was slow to jump. Into the bend GUNNADOO KNIGHT was tightened and lost ground with DA COOLA unable to avoid him and falling. ZAMBORA MAN was forced wide as a result. A post race veterinary check of DA COOLA revealed no injury. |
| Race 12 | Hautapu Veterinary Clinic Stakes - C1 - 457 | PARNELL MIST and favourite ZERO RANGER were both slow to jump. Into the bend PARNELL MIST and VINTAGE RED came together when well back along the inside. |
| Race 13 | Raceway Sprint - C4 - 375 | PRINCESS SNOWY was checked from behind by CAWBOURNE GREG into the turn and drifted through the field. She also ran very wide on the home turn finishing in last position with a post race veterinary check revealing no injury. I'M A FOOL checked off the back of BLACK COUGAR into the bend and lost ground with JILL BAXTER losing ground as a result. |
| Race 14 | Interislander Stakes - C3 - 457 | All clear. Following the race TEE KAY GIRL was found to have split webbing with a seven day stand down recommended. |

| Race 16 | Raglan Sprint - C3 - 375 | MISS AGENT was badly tightened into the bend and lost ground. |
| Race 17 | Superior Chunky Dog Rolls Sprint - C5 - 375 | MAJOR HIT, FANCY SPIDER and ANOTHER NICK came together soon after the jump and settled back. Soon after this MAJOR HIT ran outwards checking FANCY SPIDER for a stride. |
| Race 18 | Protector Safety Stakes - C4 - 457 | STARFIRE BOY was the last to jump. Towards the end of the back straight STARFIRE BOY and BEILPAJAH PRINCE came together with BEILPAJAH PRINCE losing ground. Into the bend TIGGER FOOT shortened stride and dropped away to the rear with a post race veterinary check revealing a torn gracilis with a 42 day stand down recommended. |
| Race 19 | The Clubhouse Bar & Cafe Sprint - C1 - 375 | CAWBOURNE SPEED ran outwards into the bend and came into contact with SHOWTIME ADDIS with CAWBOURNE SPEED running wider as a result. AGENT WHALE also lost ground in this incident. |
| Race 20 | Merry Christmas To All Stakes - C1 - 457 | BILLY THUNDER, DASH and PAYNE ZONE all came together into the bend and lost ground. |
