Judicial report: BARRY'S INTENT, RUMOUR TISM and MANLY MAGIC all completed satisfactory trials.
S.McInerney was spoken to advisedly in the presence of his employer J.T.McInerney after an incident which occurred at the lure following race 9.

Race 1	Allied Work Force 0800 Labour - C3q - 305 Heat 1	One of the favourites ROUGH ENFORCER was disputing the lead with DREAM SEEKER on the first corner when SUPER SAGE moved up on the outside and moved in causing checks to the other two with ROUGH ENFORCER receiving a severe check and he went back to last and stayed there to the finiish. DREAM SEEKER also lost ground and she finished in 5th place.
Race 2	Bilderbeck Construction - C1/2 - 520	HOMEBUSH CHARLI was racing well back in the field entering the last bend and was then checked and went back to last and finished in that position.
Race 3	Broad Roofing Services - C3q - 305 Heat 2	The eventual winner KYLE IZMIR and ARTEMIS LADY jostled together for several strides in the run to the first corner and ARTEMIS LADY lost a little ground in the incident but she recovered to finish in 2nd place.
Race 4	Guthrie Bowron Wangnui - C3q - 305 Heat 3	MACAU began awkwardly and settled at the rear and stayed well back to finish in 2nd last place. UPAHUT ZORRO checked over the heels of CAFE CAPRI in the back straight and then raced wide over extra ground and finished in 6th place.
Race 5	Wanganui Security - C4 - 305	The start was delayed by 2 minutes at the request of Raceday Control. One of the better supported runners BOMBER MAN settled near the rear and then made firm contact with the rail on the first corner and stayed back to finish in 2nd last place. BOMBER MAN was examined by the Vet and cleared of injury. CHARTERIS BAY was also examined by the Vet and stood down for 21 days with a webbing injury.
Race 6	Keenan Concrete - C3/4 - 520	One of the favourites STARFIRE BOY was jostled by JALISCO in the run to the first corner and settled at the rear. He was again checked entering the back straight losing further ground but then ran on quite well to finish in 5th place.
Race 7	Mickey's Super Liquor - C4/5 - 305	WATCH THE JET was very slow to begin losing three lengths. He then made up ground but had to check over the heels of CHINESE GIRL on the bend and lost momentum but then ran on well for 4th placing. DA COOLA and NATASHA'S DUFFER jostled together for several strides in the run to the first corner and they lost three lengths but they made up ground to finish in 5th and 6th places. BRADMAN'S WILLOW was checked on the bend and forced wide but he also ran on well for 3rd placing.
Race 8	Harrison Hiremaster - C5 - 520	FATHER FIGURE ran in sharply from the start and checked MYA FLYER and several metres further on MR SIMPLY moved in and MYA FLYER was again checked and she settled at the rear and stayed there to the finish.
Race 9	Crombie Lockood - C4/5 - 305	GUNNADOO KNIGHT ran in from the start and bumped HOMEBUSH LENNY and soon after WONGAWILLINEV ran in and checked the first two mentioned runners who both lost ground and stayed back to finish in the rear group.
Race 10	Media Works - C4/5 - 305	One of the favourites CRYSTAL VIRUS was checked back to last in the run to the first corner and was checked again starting on the bend and lost all chance and finished in last place.
