Judicial report: GM Hunt was fined $100.00 after admitting a breach of Rule 69.11 when BIGTIME LUCKY weighed in at 29.0 kgs which was 1.7 kgs above her last race weight on 1 November 2009.

Race 1	Jack's Wholesale Meats Sprint - C3 - 318	PRINCESS SNOWY and CAPTAIN CARLOS both received checks as JULIE MAY crossed them in the run to the bend.
Race 2	Commercial Plumbing Distance - C0d - 603	MOST EXCUSED and HOMEBUSH TUI came together for a stride in the straight on the first occasion but didn't lose any ground.
Race 3	Thornton Auctions Sprint - C1 - 318	HOMEBUSH KING and DOLLY CYRUS came together soon after the jump. Into the bend DEVILS MARBELS ran outwards checking HOMEBUSH KING with DOLLY CYRUS and AGENT WHALE also being inconvenienced.
Race 4	$5,000 Bonus First4 Stakes - C2/3 - 527	WILL SHE ECHO was slow to jump and settled last while WINSOME JAMES ran inwards at the jump hindering FANCY GIRL who settled well back. In the back straight ANOTHER PRIDE was badly checked as WINSOME JAMES ran past him with ANOTHER PRIDE dipping for a stride and losing ground to finish at the rear. A post race veterinary check of ANOTHER PRIDE revealed no injury.
Race 5	$15.000 Pick6 Stakes - C1 - 527	JAYDEN'S COURAGE and LUCK NOW KID were both tightened between runners soon after the jump and settled towards the rear.
Race 6	Terry Ryan Timber Sprint - C5 - 318	ONIE'S LAD ran inwards soon after the jump tightening all runners on his inside namely WINSOME JESS, TOM MATER, NATIONAL DEBT and LOCHINVAR POLO. Into the bend LOCHINVAR POLO and TOW MATER came together and lost ground with NATIONAL DEBT receiving a check in behind them.
Race 7	$9,000 Bonus Quaddie Sprint - C3/4 - 318	In a very tightly compacted field into the bend CYCLONE PRESTO was badly tightened and dropped out to the rear.
Race 8	Meadowset Graphics Stakes - C2 - 527	TALEVERO was slow away being five lengths last on settling but stormed home to win impressively. STARSHINE GIRL was dragged down by CATCHING ON in the early stages and dropped out to finish last with a post race veterinary check revealing no injury.
Race 9	Pacific Sheet & Coil (NZ) Stakes - C3/4 - 527	DARK FANCY and THRILLING WOLF were slow to jump. BLACK COUGAR was observed to mar the running of LIGHT WESTERLY in the home straight by making head or muzzle contact and was stood down for 28 days under Rule 80.1.a. and is required to complete a satisfactory trial.
Race 10	The Alamo Bar & TAB Sprint - C1 - 318	BITTA ZIP was tightened into the bend with REVELRY and DREAM ON CYRUS being checked in behind.
