Race 1	Karapiro Distance - C1d - 650	After the start BIGTIME COWELL ran out and checked itself when contacting TEE KAY GIRL also checked for a stride, SPEEDILICIOUS was denied clear racing room and checked in this incident.
Race 2	Matangi Maiden - C0 - 457	PARNELL MIST was the slowest to begin. MATILDA'S BEST ran inwards after the start and forced HE'S STUNNING onto OUR MAC with both of these runners checked in this incident. WINSOME FREDDY and HE'S STUNNING came together for a stride in the run to the first turn.
Race 3	YGOT Bonus Scheme Stakes - C1 - 457	LADY MARIANNE, VINTAGE RED and KARAMU THUNDER were the slowest to begin. LADY MARIANNE came down onto VINTAGE RED into the first turn with both of these runners being checked in this incdent
Race 4	Protector Safety Stakes - C4 - 457	YAMBLA JACK, TEE SHIRT and WINSOME CRUISER were the slowest to begin. LIGHT WESTERLY was observed to run inwards after the start and contact BEILPAJAH PRINCE and YAMBLA JACK with both of these runners being checked in this incident. YAMBLA JACK was observed to check off the heels of BEILPAJAH PRINCE in the run to the first turn, YAMBLA JACK was then checked from behind when TEE SHIRT contacted this runner and YAMBLA JACK was turned sideways in this incident.
Race 5	Interislander Sprint - C2 - 375	HEIR OF DESTINY, THRILLING FORCE and RAGING CONQUEST were the slowest to begin. CAWBOURNE GREG began smartly and ran inwards to the rail in doing so he cramped all runners on his inside and forced HEIR OF DESTINY onto the rail a post race vet check of HEIR OF DESTINY revealed no abnormalities . RAGING CONQUEST was observed to suffer a check when racing into the first bend this runner checking off the heels of THRILLING FORCE. RAGING CONQUEST after this check ran very wide on the bend.
Race 6	0800 Down Cow Ltd Stakes - C2 - 457	WINSOME SKY went up with the lids at the start.the head on showed this runner in the air as the boxes opened . THRILLING CAM and WINSOME SKY came together for a stride as the filed raced into the 1st turn.
Race 7	Hautapu Vets Sprint - C3 - 375	JAG'S FLYER, WHAT'S UP ADDIS, CANTAGEN and SWINGING ZORRO were the slowest to begin. SWINGING ZORRO was observed to check off the heels of WHAT'S UP ADDIS and CONTAGEN around the home turn and check itself.
Race 8	Superior Chunky Dog Rolls Sprint - C5 - 375	FIND PEDRO FANCY SPIDER. Into the first turn FANCY SPIDER checked off the heels of TRIAL BAY.
Race 9	Raglan Sprint - C4 - 375	ENSIGN, BEACH STREET , THRILLING WOLF and FORTIS JOURNEY were the slowest to begin. LAURETANA BOY ran inwards after the start and forced BEACH STREET onto BLACK COUGAR with BEACH STREET being badly checked and THRILLING WOLF denied clear racing room and forced to the rear of the field. THRILLING WOLF after this check, obtained a rails run and won this race .
Race 10	TAB Pump & Automotive Stakes - C5 - 457	STICKY BOY and EMBEZZLEMENT came together for a stride after the start. EMBEZZLEMENT and LOCHINVAR PRINCE were checked into the first turn when WITCH JASPER ran inwards to the rail
