Judicial report: Safe and Secure (BC Dann) successfully completed a Satisfactory Trial as required under Rule 80.1.a.i.
D.D.Schofield the trainer of Seaswift, a starter in Race 2, was fined $100 under Rule 69.11 when presenting the dog to race at 29.7kg which was 1.8kg below his last race start weight of 31.5kg on 3 November 2009.

Race 1	Challenge Service Stations New Zealand Cup - C5q - 520 Heat 1	On the first turn OLYMPIC ACE crossed over and checked the running of OPAWA COLLAR with FANCY MEL also receiving a check.
Race 2	Challenge Service Stations New Zealand Cup - C5q - 520 Heat 2	HEAR NO EVIL and SEASWIFT came together shortly after the jump and then again in the run to the turn, both losing ground and finishing at the rear of the field. On the first turn LITTLE MOTHER moved outwards and checked the running of MAGIC SPIKE who was forced wide.
Race 3	Challenge Service Stations New Zealand Cup - C5q - 520 Heat 3	RASMAH was slow to jump and lost several lengths. From the jump KID DELANEY ran inwards and checked CAWBOURNE KING. As the field entered the first turn LAGER IN PARIS was tightened and forced outwards checking the running of CAWBOURNE KING and RASMAH.
Race 4	Challenge Service Stations New Zealand Cup - C5q - 520 Heat 4	ROCKY'S STAR was given permission to box first under Rule 72.9. From the jump and in the run to the turn GENISTA DREAMA pushed outwards and checked the running of ROCKY'S STAR. Following the race ROCKABYE LAD was subject to a veterinary check which revealed a skin laceration to the inner left hind leg requiring sutures with a 7 day stand down recommended.
Race 5	Challenge Service Stations New Zealand Cup - C5q - 520 Heat 5	Into the first turn ALFA DANCER crossed over and checked OHOKA TASH who then went back and was further impeded as PINK RELTUB moved outwards. On the final turn ALFA DANCER checked off the rear of the leader WATMOUGH and lost momentum.
Race 6	Challenge Service Stations New Zealand Cup - C5q - 520 Heat 6	All clear.
Race 7	Challenge Service Stations New Zealand Cup - C5q - 520 Heat 7	CRAFTY CLEEVE was given permission to box first under Rule 72.9. On the first turn SHOWTIME LEO ran outwards and forced POISED wide and back to the rear. On the final turn WINSOME BUCKS checked off the rear of the early leader SURF THE TURF and lost momentum before running on strongly in the straight to win.
Race 8	Challenge Service Stations New Zealand Cup - C5q - 520 Heat 8	BUZZ CAFE, KNOCK 'EM DOWN and KNOW QUESTION ran wide on the first turn and all three finished at the rear.
Race 9	Bill's Bar & Bistro Galaxy Sprint Semi Final - C5 - 295 Heat 1	In the run to the turn SUNSET BOMBER struck the rear of MILLY'S MATE who fell heavily and lost all chances to finish a distant last. As SUNSET BOMBER went backwards he forced JUST A BOLT wide and these dogs finished towards the rear of the field. MILLY'S MATE was subject to a veterinary check which revealed no injury.
Race 10	Bill's Bar & Bistro Galaxy Sprint Semi Final - C5 - 295 Heat 2	In the run to the turnv AZURE OSTI crossed over and clipped SINGAPORE WILLY who lost ground. NITRO PEGGY and LES BAXTER also came together losing momentum.
