Judicial report: There was an allegation made of an incident in the kenneling area prior to race eight between two licensed persons, and further enquires are being made to obtain more information of the alleged incident

Race 1	Quality Presentations Ltd - C0 - 457	CRYSTAL KATIE was slow away from the boxes and lost a couploe of lengths which cost her in the early stages CELIA FATE came together with UPAHUT CITY soon after leaving the boxes and soon after bounced off UPAHUT CITY again and became unbalanced as they started on the first bend and never recovered to run last at the line
Race 2	Delta Drainage & Water Services Final - C0f - 457	Soon after leaving the boxes WAHINE KURE ran outwards and made contact with WATCH THIS PAGE ,THRILLING LLOYD and PUNGAS LAD and caused these dogs to wards the outside fence A few strides on THRILLING LLOYD raced over towards the rail as WAHINE KURE keep running outwards and forced WATCH THIS PAGE and PUNGAS LAD very wide racing across the top bend and they lost a lot of ground which they tried to make up THRILLING LLOYD was badly tightened as they raced in to the first turn and made contact with the running rail ,but keep on going to run a gutsy 3rd placing at the line. CAWBOURNE WAYNE was tightened racing in to the first turn ,but was able to muscle his way towards the leaders and was then checked and lost ground through the field as PUNGAS LAD came over on to him and he finished last at the line CAWBOURNE WAYNE and THRILLING LLOYD were both sent for vet checks CAWBOURNE WAYNE was found to have suffered a quadriceps muscle injury with a ten day stand down reccomended THRILLING LLOYDwas found to have no abnormalities
Race 3	Bill Boyd & Associates - C1 - 375	FANCY FREDA was slow away from the boxes and was not able to improve from that point on and finished in last position at the line RAISINS(fav) came across hard from the boxes towards the rail and caused checks to LEO'S BOY and PSYCHOTIC causing to back towards the rear on entering the first turn PSYCHOTIC came out of the fence on to BRUTUS FINALE and HOMEBUSH CHARLI causing these dogs to be checked at that point
Race 4	Grant Irvine Pharmacy - C1 - 375	Soon after the start UPAHUT STAR came in to TUI THUNDER who went back to the rear and never recovered from there on in as the field raced down to the first turn THRILLING FELIX had raced over towards the fence and was tightened between runners and ran up on the heels of CAWBOURNE MADGE for a strideand lost ground at that point a bit further on the point of the bend THRILLING FELIX was observed to lose his footing momenterily in behind and this caused him to lose more ground ,but he tried to run on again to midfield at the line On the top bend TUI THUNDER was checked by UPAHUT STAR as she raced around this dog attempting to make ground
Race 5	Wenham Grain & Seed - C1 - 375	BANG WALLOP was checked back at the start from between dogs as THRILLING BASH across looking for the rail BANG WALLOP went wide in to the first turn and this cost him to cover a lot of extra ground during the running
Race 6	Freedom Print & Design House - C1 - 457	FINN'S ANGELS (fav) jumped away well at the start and then started drifting from the first turn and finishhed a lack lustre 7th place at the line ,and was sent for a vet check Soon after the start PRETTY SECRET came across on to YAMBLA BOB and SAMBO WARRIOR resulting in these two dogs becoming unbalanced and losing ground back to the rear FINN'S ANGEL was given the all clear by the vet, and this was her third start in a week and had been racing over 520 metres
Race 7	Kerb & Concrete Sprint - C5 - 375	Racing in to the first turn FANCY SPIDER came out of the fence and came together with LOCHINVAR PRINCE and MAJOR HIT causing them to lose ground which they could not make up therafter and filled the last three positions at the line IN COMMAND (fav) was forced to cover extra ground during the running, also went a bit wide in to the home straight and ran on well for his 2nd placing at the line
Race 8	Sid Cole Memorial - C4/5 - 457	CAWBOURNE KING was a late scratching on veterinary advice due to an accident before leaving for the track the dog was presented to the vet at the track FANCY MEL the winner raced over a lot of extra ground throughout the journey ,but made a gutsy run from the home turn to get to the line first
Race 9	Radio Trackside 828AM Manawatu - C4 - 375	As the field raced down to the first turn FLASHFIRE COAL was attemting to get to the rail and as he did he went under the neck of FIND PEDRO and caused this dog to be unable to avoid climbing up on his back ,FLASHFIRE COAL went back through the field and his and FIND PEDROS chances were extenguished from there on in FLASHFIRE COAL was sent for a vet check and was found to have sufferedan injury to a gracilus muscle with a ten day dtand down imposed
Race 10	Outback Trading Company Ltd - C2 - 375	Racing down to the first turn there was tightning and jostling caused by RED TERROR who was attempting to get to the rail ,resulting in THRILLING WAG,BIGTIME GUY and SMART JOSEPHINE having to take evasive action and checking back to avoid each other and they were forced to change ground outwards at that point CAWBOURNE POINTA was handy in the early running and then was noticed to drift back and finished in last position at the line although he seemed to be galloping okay ,however he tried to jump over dogs at the lure and sustained and injury and was carried back to the kennel block and was found to have suffered a right tensor fasia lata injury with a 14 day stand down given
