Stipendiary Stewards Report

Wanganui Greyhound Racing Club

Hatrick Raceway ON WEDNESDAY 30 Sep 2009

Weather: Raining
Track: Good The track was affected by the heavy rain and was a little slushy but still provided a good even surface.
Scales: Checked and correct and recalibrated on 25.09.09.
Health and Safety comment: Nil

Judicial report: The start of race one was delayed by 15 minutes after two handlers complained that tiny pebbles had appeared on the surface after heavy rain had fallen in the two previous hours. While the Stewards were confident that there was no safety issue, they decided to request that the track be groomed again and there were no further complaints or comments for the remainder of the evening.
