| Race 1 | www.greyhoundsaspets.org.nz Heat 1 - C0q - 375 Heat 1 | The favourite THRILLING GRIZZ was the slowest to begin and was last on the first corner but made up ground well to finish in 3rd place. LOOKS DECIEVING ran wide on the bend and forced GOLDLASS very wide over extra ground and she finished in last place. |
| Race 2 | www.greyhoundsaspets.org.nz Heat 2 - C0q - 375 Heat 2 | One of the favourites PUNGAS LAD was tightened between runners from the start and settled at the rear. He then angled out from behind CAWBOURNE QUICK on the first corner and they both raced into the bend very wide on the track. EZY INFO raced wide into the home straight and forced PUNGAS LAD and CAWBOURNE QUICK wide but PUNGAS LAD then made up ground well for 4th place with the other two not far behind in 6th and 7th places. |

| Race 4 | www.greyhoundsaspets.org.nz Heat 4 - C0q - 375 Heat 4 | HOT LIKE ME checked off the heels of SEAN OPAWA on the bend and moved out causing a check to TODD and both dogs lost ground. Soon after, SEAN OPAWA moved down to the rail and caused a check to SODA CYRUS who lost ground and stayed back to finiish in last place. |
| Race 5 | Quality Presentations Ltd - C0 - 457 | WAHINE KURE jumpped out at the start and checked THRILLING GABBY who settled in last place. THRILLING GABBY was checked again on the bend when she raced onto the heels of OKAY'S DE BRITTO and she stayed back to finish in last place. SAMBO WARRIOR moved out on the first corner and pushed WAHINE KURE, JOE BANNER and GISELLE QUEEN wide over extra ground. WAHINE KURE ran on from there to finish 2nd but the other two stayed back to finish in the rear group. |
| Race 6 | Delta Drainage & Water Services - C2 - 375 | The favourite HARAJUKU BOY was checked and lost one length starting on the bend and then collided with MACAU on the home turn but recovered to finish very well for 2nd placing. CAWBOURNE SIENNA was bumped by EVAMORE soon after the start and settled at the rear. She then ran wide into the bend and then moved back down to the rail but faded in the straight to finish in last place. EVAMORE was checked and fell after the winning post and she suffered toe injuries and was stood down for 7 days. |
| Race 7 | Kerb & Concrete Sprint - C5 - 375 | CIRALDO jumped in from the start and jostled with IN COMMAND and CAPTAIN BOYCOTT for several strides and they were all tightened near the first corner as BRASS KNUCKLES moved towards the rail. They never recovered and finished in the last three places. |
| Race 8 | Outback Trading Company Ltd - C4 - 457 | RED RUSH jumped in at the start and collided with CAWBOURNE FORCE and went back to last losing all chance of a placing and he finished in 6th place. THRILLING ALI ran in from the start and collided with SALLY BAXTER with THRILLING ALI being the most affected and he lost two lengths. COOL GROOVY was with the tailenders in the run to the first corner but dropped out quickly and finished several lengths behind the 2nd last runner. He was examined by the Vet and stood down for 21 days with a gracilus muscle injury. |
| Race 9 | Radio Trackside 828AM Manawatu Six-Pack - C4 - 375 | The 2nd dog TERROR JIM was suspected to have eased for a stride or two in the straight but was given the benefit of some doubt as it was not considered to be conclusive. CALYPSO RUMBLE was checked in the home straight and lost ground and this possibly cost the dog a placing and she finished in 6th place. |
| Race 10 | Vision Manawatu Sprint - C3 - 375 | One of the favourites LADY PEDRO was slow to begin and then FORGET NOT moved out on the first corner and they collided losing several lengths and stayed back to finish in the last two places. SMART SHARMILA was tightened and checked in the run to the first corner and she lost all chance and finished in 5th place. |
