| Race 2 | Protector Safety Sprint - C4 - 318 | MISS BRUGGE, AS FAST AS and SYDENHAM SMITH all came together and lost ground into the bend with CYCLONE PRESTO being held up for room in behind them. |
| Race 3 | Meadowset Graphics Stakes - C1 - 527 | A combination of BIGTIME PAL pushing up on the inner and TEE KAY GIRL angling inwards from wide out meant that these two runners and TOTAL INFERNO and CAWBOURNE SNOWY all lost ground into the first bend. GEORDIE BOY ran wide to avoid this incident losing ground but running on late for fourth. Favourite BROTHER RABBIT checked off the pacemaking I'M A FOOL and lost a length on the first bend and again on the home turn before powering away for a convincing victory. |
| Race 4 | Waterloo Cup Heat 3 - C5 - 527 | Favourite MAGIC SPIKE was tightened into the first bend between BUT WHY NOT and APPOINTED THYME dropping to the rear. RASMAH also lost ground in this incident. At the end of the back straight MAGIC SPIKE received another check as RASMAH improved around him. RASMAH ran on well for fourth with MAGIC SPIKE dropping out to finish last. A post race veterinary check of MAGIC SPIKE revealed no injury. |
| Race 5 | $50,000 Pick6 Stakes - C0 - 527 | BIGTIME LUCKY was handy into the first bend but ran outwards pushing KARATA ROAD and HOT LIKE ME wider. BIGTIME LUCKY received a check and lost ground settling well back with a post race veterinary check revealing an infraspinatus muscle injury with a twenty one day stand down recommended. On the home turn KARN ran outwards colliding with HOT LIKE ME with BABY BLUE SKYE and BLUE STRATA also losing ground. |
| Race 6 | NZ Racing Series Sprint Final - NZRSf - 318 | HARAJUKU BOY was last to jump. Into the bend THRILLING ANGEL faltered when racing in tight quarters and ran outwards taking REVELRY to the outside of the track. REVELRY continued the race finishing seventh but THRILLING ANGEL fell and hit the outside fence failing to finish the course with a post race veterinary check revealing a laceration to her hock with multiple cuts and bruises with a fourteen day stand down recommended. |
| Race 7 | Jack's Wholesale Meats Stakes - C2/3 - 527 | Litter sisters FANCY KATE and FANCY KATE came together soon after the jump with FANCY GIRL again receiving a check on the first turn settling well back. |
| Race 8 | The Brownzy Sports Bar Stakes - C4 - 527 | WILL SHE ECHO checked outwards off the back of MR SOUTHS into the first bend and pushed DARK FANCY and THRILLING WOLF wider with these runners losing ground. |
| Race 9 | Rodewald Hart Brown Sprint - C5 - 318 | ANOTHER JENNY ran outwards at the jump inconveniencing WINSOME JESS and TO THE CREST for a few strides. |
| Race 10 | The Alamo Bar & TAB Sprint - C3 - 318 | CYCLONE HOOLEY was badly checked when improving between runners into the bend with SUPER DRY and CAWBOURNE BELLE losing ground in the incident. CYCLONE HOOLEY was found to have no injury after the race. |
