Judicial report: SJ WHALL was charged with a breach of Rule 71.4 in failing to ensure a catcher was available to catch SHAZZ'S BABE at the conclusion of Race 11. He pleaded guilty and was fined $35.00.

An inquiry was opened and adjourned into no catcher being present to catch KNOW TELLING (GA Cleeve) in Race 15.

Race 1 ADVANCE PET NUTRITION SPRINT - C0 - 295 LIFE WITH DEXTER was slow to jump. ARROW OF ARTEMIS ran outwards after the start checking PRIDE OF SOUTH. Around the bend HOMEBUSH JUST climbed on the heels of HOMEBUSH WHITEY who was dragged down with both dogs losing all chance. HOMEBUSH WHITEY was vetted and found to have no injury.
Race 2 CHALLENGE OPAWA ALL UP STAKES - C0 - 520 MOST HAUNTED, KICKING HORSE and HOMEBUSH BROCK were tightened by HOMEBUSH WARRIOR on their outer into the first bend. Into the back straight KICKING HORSE struck the heels of MINI THE MOOCH both coming back on MOST HAUNTED. MINI THE MOOCH was subject to a veterinary check which revealed her to have thumps with a 10 day stand down recommended.
Race 3 THE MILLER BAR & CAFE SPRINT - C1 - 295 Both COLERIDGE KID and HERE'S MAREE NOW were slow to jump. THRILLING POLAR was squeezed between HOMEBUSH MATE and FINE FASHION into the bend.
Race 4 WWW.DUVAUCHELLEHOTELMOTEL.CO.NZ STAKES - C0 - 520 ALCATRAZ BOY was slow to jump. Into the first bend PRETTY GIRL ran outwards from the inside box tightening SABRE DANCE who lost ground.
Race 5 TUESDAY PLACE PICK DASH - C1 - 295 Into the bend THRILLING RITA and ASTRO DAVE came together with THRILLING RITA hitting the rail and coming out onto MISS WICKLOW who was checked. Soon after AVANZATA moved away from the rail colliding with JIMMY COOL, these two coming together again into the home straight. Around the bend MODERN WINDOW faultered free of interference. Into the home straight GUINEAS GIRL improved along the rail colliding with ASTRO DAVE who was forced out into the path of MODERN WINDOW. Both THRILLING RITA and MODERN WINDOW were the subject of veterinary checks. THRILLING RITA was found to have a fractured hock and was euthansed on humane grounds.
Race 6 DAVID EMERSON CONSULTANCY STAKES - C1 - 520 Into the first bend INDIANA GIRL moved out checking HIDDEN ANGEL.
Race 7 WWW.GREYHOUNDTIPS.CO.NZ DASH - C1 - 295 Soon after the jump CHILE LOPEZ moved outwards tightening BOTANY KELLY. Into the home straight BOTANY KELLY came in contact with BETTY BEEP. MOMENT came up with the lids losing all chance.
Race 8 EXCELSIOR SPORTS BAR & T.A.B. DASH - C0 - 295 THAT'S BIZAAR checked out off NATALIA BALE as she drove to the lead into the bend forcing HOMEBUSH JONAH out onto DASH and TRIPLEM HAND who both ran wide as a result.
Race 9 WWW.CONTAINERSDIRECT.CO.NZ SPRINT - C1 - 295 Into the bend ICE BALL ran outwards forcing VERONICA, BY GORRIE DORRIE and THRILLING TIFF wide on the track.
Race 10 $50,000 PICK 6 LEG 1 - C1 - 295 MAX FORCE was slow to jump and when improving into the bend ran outwards onto BUICK BERNIE again losing ground.
Race 11 KOLORFUL KANVAS STAKES - C1 - 520 Into the first bend SHAZZ'S BABE, BIBI DAHL, HIGHGROVE and UNO JEWEL were tightened. Into the back straight GENISTA BELLE checked out off BILLYBOY RAY taking TRICKY DAISY wide. Soon after UNO JEWEL commenced to drift out to finish a long last. She was subject to a veterinary check which revealed a torn left triceps muscle with a 28 day stand down recommended.
Race 12 YALDHURST HOTEL STAKES - C1 - 520 ISoon after the jump AMBER DERVISH ran inwards checking MIXED GRILL. Into the first bend SABRE moved towards the rail tightening OPAWA DEB who was forced onto HOME PAGE and AMBER DERVISH who brushed the rail. Into the back straight an improving MIXED GRILL forced HOME PAGE into the path of MR BONZALES, both sustaining checks and losing all chance. AMBER DERVISH, HOME PAGE and MR BONZALES were the subject of veterinary checks which rervealed no injury to either AMBER DERVISH and MR BONZALES however HOME PAGE was found to have a left hind toe sprain with a 28 day stand down recommended.
Race 13 BARRON'S SUPPLIES STAKES - C1 - 520 DAIMLER DAVE was slow to jump. Soon after the start BROTHERLY TIES ran outwards colliding with GOZO DANCE. These two continued to jostle in the run to the first bend losing all chance.
Race 14 SPEIGHT'S SIX PACK - C2 - 520 FIFTH EDITION and CAWBOURNE WOODY were checked between dogs in the run to the first bend settling at the rear. Soon after SUPER STORM and MISS IDOL came together.
Race 15 COALGATE TAVERN DISTANCE - C0d - 645 KNOW TELLING was slow to jump. Out of the front straight BERT BADGER and NITRO WIGIE came together losing ground.
