Race 1	McGhie Plumbing Sprint - C2 - 318	THRILLING VIRUS and WINSOME SKY were both slow away. Into the bend BARALLEN was tightened and lost ground with THRILLING MIX and WINSOME SKY receiving checks in behind him.
Race 2	The Alamo Bar & TAB Stakes - C0 - 527	Favourite YAMBLA BOB ran inwards soon after the jump checking THRILLING SLY and FAILED TO STOP who both lost ground. BABY BLUE SKYE was checked by an improving YAMBLA BOB at the end of the back straight losing some ground. YAMBLA BOB continued to make ground for third.
Race 3	Rodewald Hart Brown Sprint - C0 - 318	MISS VIP came up with the lids and settled last. Into the bend OUR MAC tightened THRILLING ROBYN on his inner who in turn squeezed JAYDEN'S COURAGE up along the inside. BLUE STRATA was checked at this stage in behind these runners. JAYDEN'S COURAGE dropped out to finish last with a post race veterinary check revealing no injury.
Race 4	$5,000 First4 Bonus Sprint - C3 - 318	TOW MATER ran outwards soon after the jump contacting SHARMANS MAGIC for a stride while CAWBOURNE GREG ran wide into the home straight losing some ground.
Race 5	Meadowset Graphics Stakes - C1 - 527	This race was delayed by three minutes due to a harness race running late. The rest of the programme was put back by two minutes as a result. THRILLING PETRA moved outwards into the first bend pushing FREE COPY wider with THRILLING WEB being badly checked and losing all chance. There was no head on view available for this race.
Race 6	$2,500 Bonus Trifecta Stakes - C3/4 - 527	All clear.
Race 7	$30,000 Pick6 Stakes - C2 - 527	MADDER THAN was the last to jump. VALUE PACK, ITCHICOO PARK and FANCY GIRL came together into the first bend and lost ground. MADDER THAN was right in behind these runners and attempted to leap over them landing on ITCHICOO PARK who fell. MADDER THAN lost all chance in this incident with TALEVERO also reciving a check. Post race veterinary checks on ITCHICOO PARK and MADDER THAN revealed bruising and a skin wound to ITCHICOO PARK with a seven day stand down recommended. MADDER THAN received no injuries.
Race 8	Carol's TAB's Sprint Series Final - C5 - 318	WILD FLYNN was tightened into the bend and dropped to the rear.
Race 9	$15,000 Bonus Pool Quaddie Stakes - C4 - 318	NEW CLEAR POWER was slow from the outside. FANCY EEL and LAURETANA BOY were tightened into the bend and lost ground. On the home turn KAMACO checked outwards off BOLSTAD for a stride.
Race 10	Jack's Wholesale Meats Stakes - C5 - 527	MR SOUTHS, APPOINTED THYME and MAGIC SPIKE all came together into the first bend with MAGIC SPIKE pushed very wide around that bend. He was never in contention thereafter.
Race 11	Deli's Sports Bar Sprint - C1 - 318	JELLYSTONE PARK checked inwards off the back of THRILLING IRIS on the home turn badly checking CREATIVE DREAM who lost her chance.
Race 12	ownagreyhound.co.nz Sprint - C5 - 318	ELITE DESTINY was slow to jump but recovered well to finish third.
