Judicial report: Trainers B and D Hunt were fined $100.00 after admitting a breach of Rule 69.11 when KARN weighed in at 29.8 kgs which was 1.7 kgs under his last race weight on 31 August 2009.

THRILLING AMY completed a satisfactory trial under Rule 81.2.

Race 1	The Brownzy Sports Bar Sprint - C4 - 318	PARK RED was last to jump and ran wide into the home straight remaining in last position.
Race 2	Sister Cities Cup Here 27/9 Stakes - C0 - 527	BIGTIME LUCKY and BABY BLUE SKYE were both badly checked into the first bend as PRINCE MARCIANO crossed them from wide out. Shortly after this KARN checked outwards badly checking BIGTIME LUCKY, BIGTIME STARLET and BABY BLUE SKYE with these four runners losing all chance. A post race veterinary check of BIGTIME LUCKY revealed no injury.
Race 3	Trophies Plus Sprint - C2 - 318	LADY HEATHER came across sharply from her outside draw tightening most dogs especially JULIE MAY, THRILLING ZING and PRINCESS WHALE. Soon after this DEVILS MARBELS and PRINCESS WHALE came together with PRINCESS WHALE losing ground.
Race 4	Thornton Auctions Stakes - C2 - 527	TALEVERO was very slow to jump from the inside box. VALUE PACK was badly tightened when attempting to improve at the entrance to the back straight and dropped back to last at that point.
Race 5	$15,000 Pick6 Stakes - C1 - 527	KARAMU THUNDER was tightened on to AWESOME FOOT into the first bend and took a nasty tumble with THRILLING ASH hurdling this runner and losing its chance. KARAMU THUNDER was caught by the veterinary surgeon thus causing no problems with the completion of the race. A post race veterinary check revealed cramp and painful quadraceps with a ten day stand down recommended. It also seemed that the dogs muzzle had caused it pain as a result of its fall.
Race 6	Greyhounds As Pets Sprint - C1 - 318	CREATIVE DREAM checked outwards off the back of SCOTT NO WIVES on the home turn and collided with CHILD'S PLAY dropping out to finish well back.
Race 7	Meadowset Graphics Stakes - C1 - 527	DAPPER escaped from the handler as the field came onto the track with a veterinary check confirming his fitness to start. Handler Kathy Wilson stated that the dog jumped and twisted managing to slip its lead with her explanation being accepted in this instance. BIGTIME PAL was last to jump. Into the first bend ITCHICOO PARK was badly tightened and relegated to last. He made up a huge slice of ground to finish second. CAWBOURNE BOTROS was dragged down in the back straight and finished last with a post race veterinary check revealing no injury.
Race 8	Jack's Wholesale Meats Sprint - C2/3 - 318	STREET TALL, FLYBY JOEY and BIGTIME SCAR came together into the bend when racing at the back of the field.
Race 9	Commercial Plumbing Stakes - C3/4 - 527	FANCY KATE was inclined to run outwards into the first bend pushing MADDER THAN wider with both dogs losing ground.
Race 10	The Alamo Bar & TAB Sprint - C5 - 318	Favourite TOMMIE NATE was slowest to jump and then tightened into the bend. He dropped away to finish last with a post race veterinary check revealing a torn gracilis with a sixty day stand down recommended.
