| Race 2 | Manawatu Sound Service Sprint - C1 - 375 | MISS TORI ran in from the start and checked PSYCHOTIC and HO HO PAREORA who both lost ground and settled at the rear. HO HO PAREORA recovered to run on for 3rd place but PSYCHOTIC stayed back to finish in 2nd last place. |
| Race 3 | New Zealand Racing Series Heats - NZRSq - 457 Heat 1 | KNOW QUESTION bumped with UPAHUT SLAYER at the start and then ran out a little wide into the first corner where he had to check off the heels of LOTTO BALLS. KNOW QUESTION then ran wide on the bend over extra ground and finished in 5th place. |
| Race 4 | New Zealand Racing Series Heats - NZRSq - 457 Heat 2 | SUZY MAC ran out from the start and bumped CHIVAS REGAL and HOMEBUSH MARLON who settled at the rear. Soon after, THRILLING ALI moved in and checked SUZY MAC and she was checked again on the first corner when tightened between CHIVAS REGAL and HOMEBUSH MARLON and she finished well back in 7th place. |
| Race 5 | New Zealand Racing Series Heats - NZRSq - 457 Heat 3 | RAPPER NEWY and WILLY BOLT bumped together at the start and they settled back in the field. BIGTIME GEM was handy racing to the first corner but lost a little ground when tightened between THRILLING ALERT and HEALING CRYSTAL. |
| Race 6 | New Zealand Racing Series Heats - NZRSq - 457 Heat 4 | REWIND HISTORY began awkwardly losing ground and settled at the rear. She recovered well to run on for 2nd placing. HARAJUKU BOY led in the run to the first corner but was checked and lost ground but recovered to finish in 3rd place. BILLY MA'S TIP faltered in the run to the first turn and dropped out to finish several lengths last and he was examined by the Vet and stood down for 28 days with a gracilus muscle injury. |
| Race 7 | Kerb & Concrete Sprint - C5 - 375 | PRIVATE PEDRO began awkwardly and settled at the rear but he then made up ground well to finish in 4th place. FIND PEDRO was bumped from the inside and forced wide when racing into the bend. |
| Race 8 | Delta Drainage & Water Services - C3 - 375 | WILLY'S PRIDE began awkwardly and soon after came together with DEL TONES and FANCY EEL and was squeezed back to the rear and never recovered and finished in last position. |

| Race 10 | GAP, Adopt A Greyhound - C1 - 457 | JOHNNY DUNNIT was checked and lost several lengths in the run to the first corner. One of the favourites COOL HEART was slow to begin and raced several lengths behind the body of the field along with JOHNNY DUNNIT and they finished in the last two places. COOL HEART was examined by the Vet and cleared of injury |
