Judicial report: Trainer MP Mann was fined $100.00 after admitting a breach of Rule 69.11 when THRILLING WEB weighed in at 33.0 kgs which was 1.6 kgs under his last race weight on 11 August 2009.

Race 1	Trophies Plus Sprint - C1 - 318	THRILLING WEB ran outwards into the bend pushing MAMBO SAM wider with both dogs losing ground.
Race 2	Lectro Hair & Beauty Sprint - C0 - 318	SYDENHAM DOLL propped for a stride into the bend when racing at the rear and dropped out to last. A post race veterinary check revealed a strained accessory carpal ligament with a seven day stand down recommended.
Race 3	Deli's Sports Bar Sprint - C2 - 318	In a tightly compact field into the bend RUN OFF ME and DREAM ON CYRUS came together and together with pressure from UNCLE DENIS wider out caused JULIE MAY to fall. All dogs except THRILLING HONEY and MOON DANCER were affected in this incident. JULIE MAY completed the course and at the lure leapt the whole field again coming to grief. Post race veterinary checks were carried out on JULIE MAY, RUN OFF ME and UNCLE DENIS. They revealed split webbing to UNCLE DENIS with a twenty one day stand down recommended with the other dogs being free of injury.
Race 4	Jack's Wholesale Meats Stakes - C4/5 - 527	WILL SHE ECHO was slow to jump. Into the first bend SEASWIFT and CAWBOURNE TIGER from outside draws tightened BUT WHY NOT on their inside causing BUT WHY NOT to duck wide on the track. This badly checked CAWBOURNE TIGER, BOON BOCK and SHE'S TOO COOL with these dogs losing their chances. A post race veterinary check of BUT WHY NOT revealed no injury. There was no head on view for this race due to a technical problem.
Race 5	$15,000 Pick6 Stakes - C1/2 - 527	TOTAL INFERNO was tightened into the first bend losing ground. At the end of the back straight THRILLING CHASE appeared to run outwards checking DOLLY BREEN who lost ground.
Race 6	Greyhounds As Pets Sprint - C4 - 318	BOLSTAD ran outwards on the home turn bumping ANOTHER JENNY when both dogs were racing midfield.
Race 7	The Brownzy Sports Bar Sprint - C2/3 - 318	MONEY SHOT crossed the field from his wide draw causing ULTIMATE DEAL to be severely tightened and fall. MOHICAN HARRY was badly checked in this incident. A post race veterinary check of ULTIMATE DEAL revealed minor grazes with a five day stand down recommended.
Race 8	Carol's TABs Stakes - C1 - 527	A torrential downpour before this race left the track awash. BENGINEER was slow to jump from an inside draw while his sister CARMIA MATANNA was awkwardly away from wider out. BENGINEER and THRILLING LEWIS came together twice on the first bend losing momentum with TEE KAY GIRL being inconvenienced and BENGINEER received another slight check at the end of the back straight.
Race 9	Terry Ryan Timber Sprint - C5 - 318	Favourite TOMMIE NATE was a shade slow from the inside but recovered in brilliant style to win convincingly.
Race 10	The Alamo Bar & TAB Sprint - C1 - 318	This race was delayed by one minute due to a harness race running late. CAWBOURNE BOTROS and THRILLING RAY came together soon after the jump. On the bend MOONSHINE LASS checked off heels losing a length. THRILLING RAY was found to have ripped a nail off at the lure and a ten day stand down was recommended.
