Judicial report: After receiving a report from N.Z.G.R.A, an inquiry was held into the running of GENISTA BELLE in race 8 at the Wanganui Greyhound Clubs meeting on 19.08.09 when she finished in 4th place. Advice was received that the dog had been incorrectly graded and was inelligible and as a result GENISTA BELLE was disqualified under Rule 78.16. No charges were preferred against the Trainer as the dog had been wrongly graded by the N.Z.G.R.A.

Race 1	Allied Work Force 0800 Labour - C2 - 305	HOMEBUSH JOY was 2.1 kilograms up on its last start weight and when questioned the Trainer stated that the dog was now at its optimum weight and this was accepted. HOMEBUSH EMMA and HOMEBUSH JOY were checked on the first corner and dropped back onto BIGTIME DORA and all three lost ground and finished in the last three places.
Race 2	Bilderbeck Construction - C2 - 520	BLACK IS BACK ran out from the start and collided with DADDY and they lost ground and settled towards the rear. MYA FLYER moved across towards the rail on the first corner and tightened TAILS OFF, BIGTIME GEM and BIGTIME GUY who all lost ground and dropped back to the rear group. BIGTIME GEM recovered to run on for 2nd place but TAILS OFF and BIGTIME GUY stayed back and finished in the last two places.
Race 3	Broad Roofing Services - C2 - 305	HOMEBUSH JAZZ began awkwardly and lost four lengths but then recovered to run on well for 4th placing. BIGTIME COOL was checked back to last on the first corner and she stayed in that position to the finish.
Race 4	Wanganui Security Services - C3 - 305	JUST LIKE BEE began awkwardly and lost three lengths and she then ran wide on the bend over extra ground and finished in 2nd last place. SHARIMORE was in a handy position on the bend but was then checked and went back to last and finished in that position.
Race 5	WWW.WANGANUICARCENTRE.COM - C2/3 - 520	DESTINE TO EXCEL ran out from the start and checked CAWBOURNE FORCE who went back to last and he stayed well back to finish in 2nd last place. The well supported LAGOON BABE and SERIOUS CHARGE ran a little wide over extra ground on the first bend.
Race 6	Keenan Concrete 6 Pack C0d Feature - C0d - 645	DOOLEY'S CHICK scrambled a couple of strides after the start and moved out slightly onto the line of IN THE BIN who then ran wide over extra ground into the straight the first time and she stayed back to finish in last place. EVA TITU clipped the heels of CAPP MANNERING just past the winning post and fell and she was examined by the Vet and cleared of injury.
Race 7	GUTHRIE BOWRON,WANGANUI - C5 - 305	All clear.
Race 8	HARRISONS HIRE MASTER - C4/5 - 520	All clear.
Race 9	CROMBIE LOCKWOOD (NZ) LTD - C3/4 - 305	COLERIDGE ANDIE moved in on the first corner and tightened AS FAST AS and also HAILSTONE HARLY and that runner lost several lengths and finished in last place. AS FAST AS was sore after the race and was examined by the Vet and stood down for 5 days with shoulder pain.
Race 10	MEDIA WORKS - C3/4 - 305	BIGTIME SCAR ran in from the start and checked DARK SAGE, DANA FRANK and FANTASY BAXTER who all lost a little ground. FANTASY BAXTER was checked again on the first corner and stayed back to finish in last place.
