Judicial report: J.McArthur the Trainer of MISTER WHISKER an entrant in race one, admitted a breach of Rule 71.2 when he was late to prepare his dog for the race and he was fined $ 50-00 under Rule 89.1.

Race 1	Allied Work Force 0800 Labour - C0 - 305	MISTER WHISKER ran in from the start and hindered THRILLING NOTE and THRILLING SLY for a couple of strides. BRUTUS FINALE ran out from the start and bumped BOB LEE SWAGGER and KIWI ENFORCER who were pushed wide on the track. SHOWTIME ADDIS moved out on the first corner and forced JASON BOURNE and BOB LEE SWAGGER wide over extra ground.
Race 2	Bilderbeck Construction - C0 - 520	OKAY'S DE BRITTO and JETSON BLUE were slow to begin and settled at the rear. TYPHOON PETE moved in on the first corner and checked ELEMMENO PEA and BIGTIME STARLET who both lost a little ground. OKAY'S DE BRITTO checked off the heels of TYPHOON PETE entering the back straight and went out onto ELEMENO PEA and they both lost ground.
Race 3	Broad Roofing Services - C0 - 305	BACK AT YA ran out from the start and checked KARAKA ROYALE and HOMEBUSH HANNAH who both lost ground. HOMEBUSH HANNAH was again checked on the first corner when THRILLING DIXIE moved gound but she recovered to run on well for 3rd place.
Race 4	Mickeys Super Liquor - C0 - 520	The favourrite BIGTIME LUCKY jostled together with GLAZE for several strides around the first bend and they lost ground and stayed well back throughout to finish in 6th and 7th places. OUR MAC raced well back throughout and finished several lengths last and he was examined by the Vet as a precaution and cleared of injury.
Race 5	Morrie Gibbons Signs Final - C1f - 305	BIGTIME UNIQUE and CASANRA BALE were both checked in separate incidents on the first corner and they lost ground and finished in the last two places.
Race 6	Keenan Concrete - C1 - 520	The favourite LITTLE MOTHER was jostled from the outside for a few strides racing to the first corner and was then checked starting on the bend when MANLY MAGIC moved across to the rail and she lost several lengths. LITTLE MOTHER then recovered to make up ground and she finished in 2nd place.
Race 7	Gary Ross Decorator - C1 - 305	ROYAL MINTY was very slow to begin and lost three lengths. She then ran wide on the bend over extra ground and finished well back. MISS POKEY was handy to the first corner but was then checked and fell and STEAL IT DAN was also checked in the incident and lost all chance. MISS POKEY was examined by the Vet and cleared of injury.
Race 8	www.wanganuicarcenter.com - C1 - 520	MIGHTY BIG SAM ran in from the start and checked BIGTIME LAKISHA and SUZIE THE FLUZY who both lost ground and they stayed back throughout the race and finished in the last two places.
Race 9	Guthrie Bowron Wanganui (F) - C1 - 305	The favourite SPURWAY was very slow to begin but then made a strong forward move to be handy on the bend. SPURWAY was then checked and lost ground and finished in 5th place. DARK ICE, PURE FURY and CYCLONE TRAVIS jostled together for several strides in the race to the first corner and lost ground. THRILLING AMY was handy to the first corner but then eased and went back to last and then made up a little ground to finish in 6th place. The dog was examined by the Vet and a 5 day stand down was recommended due to a bruised thigh. However, the video films confirmed the official observations that THRILLING AMY had eased up free of interferance and the dog was stood down for 28 days for failing to pursue the lure and is required to complete a satisfactory trial.
Race 10	Media Works (F) - C1 - 305	The favourite THRILLING LILLI was one of the slowest to begin but did make up some ground to finish in 5th place.
