Judicial report: An inquiry was opened and adjourned to allow for further investigation after it was alleged that two visitors to the track had made threats to Licence holders and that it was alleged that the incidents may have been instigated by another Licence holder.

Race 1	Decoart Printed Products, Levin - C0 - 375	HOMEBUSH NICOLE was checked on the first corner losing several lengths and going back to last and she stayed there to the finish. OKAY'S DERMATOFF, FANCY FREDA and OKAY'S DE BRITTO were also affected in this incident and lost ground.
Race 2	Delta Drainage & Water Services - C0 - 457	MYSTERY MILLIE ran in from the start and soon after, angled out and continued to move out making contact with MAIELLA LAD with resultant checks to LITTLE MOTHER and then to KNIGHT INVADER with that runner losing several lengths. MYSTERY MILLIE was observed to turn its head out slightly while moving out. MYSTERY MILLIE was examined by the Vet and stood down for 10 days with a quadricep injury and is also required to complete a satisfactory trial. HOMEBUSH MEG ran on to the back off HOMEBUSH CHARLI on the first corner and fell and was examined by the Vet and cleared of injury. HOMEBUSH CHARLI was also severely checked in the incident losing several lengths and all chance.
Race 3	Santa Lucia Memorial Cup Heats - C1q - 457 Heat 1	The favourite POUTAMA RAMA was tightened between THRILLING FELIX and THRILLING ASIA on the first corner and he lost a little ground but ran on for 4th place.
Race 4	Santa Lucia Memorial Cup Heats - C1q - 457 Heat 2	IN THE BIN and BIGTIME RELOADER were handy on the bend but collided and both lost ground. BIGTIME PAL was slow to begin and lost three lengths. BIGTIME RELOADER and BIGTIME PAL collided entering the home straight and lost ground and they finished well back.
Race 5	Santa Lucia Memorial Cup Heats - C1q - 457 Heat 3	THRILLING BARON was slow to begin but recovered to lead on the bend but was run down in the last few strides and finished in 2nd place.
Race 6	New Zealand Racing Series Graduation Final - NZRS - 457	DOUBLEO TOM was checked on the bend and dropped back and was galloped on by TAILS OFF and pulled up soon after. He was examined by the Vet and stood down for 28 days with a webbing injury which required stitching.
Race 7	Grant Irvine Pharmacy Sprint - C5 - 375	CALYPSO RUMBLE began very awkwardly losing several lengths and all chance but he did make up some ground but only beat one home.
Race 8	Outback Trading Company Ltd - C5 - 457	PINK RELTUB and RED RUSH were both slow to begin and they never recovered and stayed back to finish in the rear group. SUZY MAC was checked on the first corner and lost four lengths and she stayed back to finish in 2nd last place.
Race 9	Wenham Grain & Seed - C4 - 375	CAWBOURNE CROWN began a little awkwardly losing ground but recovered to finish 4th. CAPTAIN BOYCOTT, HEALING CRYSTAL, CAWBOURNE FELLA and CENTRAL RAIDER jostled together for several stides soon after the start and they lost ground and stayed back to finish in the last four places.
Race 10	Bill Boyd & Associates - C4 - 457	LOTTO BALLS was well away from the boxes ,and then drifted back through the field to the rear ,then ran on to beat two runners to the line There was jostling and buffeting between several runners as they made their way in to the first turn.
