Judicial report: An inquiry was opened and adjourned under Rules 43.7 and 88.1.a in respect to the nomination of JULINSKY (DL ROBERTS) in Race 10, the FIVE WIRE MUZZLE STAKES pending further inquiries.

Race 1	Added Energy Welcome - C1 - 457	SEA ADMIRAL was slow to jump. Into the bend WILLY MINA was tightened by SHREK ROXON losing ground. Soon after SEA ADMIRAL moved outwards forcing ALLEGRINI over extra ground.
Race 2	Bounce B Powder - C2 - 390	In the run to the bend CAWBOURNE FREDDY ran out coming in contact with CADBURY HAND who was forced out onto KNOW CENTS, SILENT WHISPER and HAILSONE HERB who all sustained checks. Turning for home SILENT WHISPER ran out colliding with BEEJAY'S MATE both losing momentum.
Race 3	$25 Yard Muzzles Stakes - C2 - 390	MALENE'S BABE lost all chance when missing the jump by four lengths. In the run to the bend GENISTA BELLE, LAGOON LAD and SELF INFLICTED were tightened by THEMELO.
Race 4	Stamina Plus Powder Mix - C3 - 457	WANDY HAKA and NITRO VIXEN were tightened in the run to the bend both losing ground.
Race 5	Brendon Burke @ Southern Wide - C3 - 390	ALBIE'S STAR, BLACK MUSKAT and HOMEBUSH LENNY came together into the bend sustaining checks all finishing near the rear of the field.
Race 6	Colin Gray Memorial Invercargill Cup - C5f - 457	In the run to the turn CYBER BLUE crossed and check the running of BILLY RUBIN. On the turn MCCRACKEN checked off the rear of WINSOME MERC and forced CYBER BLUE and CRAFTY CLEEVE wide on the track.
Race 7	S.R. Double D Syndicate - C5 - 390	STRAIGHT OFF was checked in the run to the bend losing ground to finish well back.
Race 8	Go The Stags - C1 - 457	REDBANK RUBY ran in after the jump colliding with OPAWA MEGASTAR, before running out and checking WHAT A MATE both dogs losing ground. WHAT A MATE improved along the rail into the straight to get up and win.
Race 9	Ascot Park Hotel - C4 - 390	LAGER IN PARIS stumbled on jumping from the boxes settling some lengths last. Into the bend NITRO PEGGY checked GIVE ME MORE as she drove down to the rail. Soon after BABE'S BOY and MILLY'S MATE were tightened by dogs on their outer losing ground. GIVE ME MORE was subject to a veterinary check which revealednothing amiss.
Race 10	$26 Five Wire Muzzle Stakes - C1 - 390	JULINSKY was a late scratching under Rule 64.20 after it was established that she had been incorrectly nominated with a c2 grading for a c1 event. FURMINATOR and CAWBOURNE SCAREY came together in the run to the bend before CAWBOURNE SCAREY moved out and collided with FANCY WAYS. Into the home straight YAKCAM was dragged down by SPIN CYCLE losing momentum for a stride or two before running on for 3rd. A
