Judicial report: B.Cole the Trainer of BIGTIME SLAMMER in race 6 was fined $ 50-00 for a breach of Rule 71.1 c after he placed the wrong numbered rug on the dog. Kennel Steward M.McCourt was reminded of her obligations to ensure the correct rugs are handed out but no charge was preferred as she stated that she would have discovered the mistake prior to the dogs leaving her control in the parade area.

Race 1	New Zealand Racing Series Graduation Heats - NZRSq - 457 Heat 1	One of the favourites MADDER THAN was slow to begin and settled at the rear and he could not make up the lost ground and finished in 3rd last place. COVER PAGE, who was having her first start on the track, moved out soon after the start and bumped THRILLING ANGEL and moved out again on the first corner and jostled HOMEBUSH MARLON for a few strides and then continued to race wide over extra ground and finished in 2nd last place.
Race 2	New Zealand Racing Series Graduation Heats - NZRSq - 457 Heat 2	TARYN ROSE was bumped inwards by BIGTIME COWELL soon after the start and had to check over the heels of THRILLING TEX and settled back in the field but made up some ground for 4th placing. She appeared to be a little sore after the race and was examined by the Vet and stood down for 10 days with a carpus injury.
Race 3	New Zealand Racing Series Graduation Heats - NZRSq - 457 Heat 3	THRILLING ALERT began awkwardly losing a little ground but then recovered to run on well for 2nd place.
Race 4	New Zealand Racing Series Graduation Heats - NZRSq - 457 Heat 4	ELIE SAAB was slow to begin but recovered to run on well and win with ease.
Race 5	New Zealand Racing Series Graduation Heats - NZRSq - 457 Heat 5	OPAWA MEGASTAR began awkwardly and lost three lengths but recovered to run on for 4th placing. THRILLING ASH moved in racing to the first corner and caused jostling to THRILLING ACE, KARA JANX and THRILLING LILLI and KARA JANX eventually checked losing four lengths. KARA JANX then ran wide on the bend over extra ground and finished in 5th place.
Race 6	New Zealand Racing Series Graduation Heats - NZRSq - 457 Heat 6	All clear.
Race 7	Delta Drainage & Water Services - C3 - 375	All clear.
Race 8	Decoart Printed Products, Levin - C4 - 375	HEALING CRYSTAL began awkwardly losing three lengths and she never recovered and finished in last place. JAMES BEE was checked in the run to the first corner when FLASHFIRE COAL moved in towards the rail and he stayed back to finish in 2nd last place.
Race 9	Outback Trading Company Ltd - C5 - 375	FLASH ENFORCER and CALYPSO RUMBLE came together and were badly checked on the first corner with CALYPSO RUMBLE falling and FLASH ENFORCER losing all chance. CALYPSO RUMBLE was examined by the Vet and cleared of injury. The winner ADDIS SUNSET was observed to be sore following the race and was also examined by the Vet and stood down for 14 days with flexor tendon injuries to both forelegs.
Race 10	New Season New Light Middle Distance - C4 - 457	FANCY SHELLY ran out in the back straight and hindered BLAKE'S ANGEL and FIND PEDRO who dropped back to the rear. BLAKE'S ANGEL and FIND PEDRO were again hindered when racing between runners on the first corner and they never recovered and finished in the last two places.
