| Race 2 | Meadowset Graphics Sprint - C0 - 318 | Six dogs were in a line into the first bend when severe tightening caused SUCH HOPE, THRILLING MIX, CHILD'S PLAY and LADY HEATHER all to be checked and lose their chances. SHOWTIME ADDIS also lost ground in this incident. |
| Race 3 | Deli's Sports Bar Sprint - C1 - 318 | ANYTHING FITZ was a stride slow from the inside and then tightened into the bend when improving losing a length. |
| Race 4 | Lectro Hair & Beauty Sprint - C4 - 318 | PARK RED ran outwards after being contacted from behind by STATELY CONQUEST into the bend and this in combination with THRILLING SNOW running towards the rail meant that STATELY CONQUEST and FANCY EEL were both tightened and lost their chances. |
| Race 5 | $15,000 Pick6 Stakes - C1/2 - 527 | TIPPY TIPSTAR was very slow to jump settling last. Into the first bend GALILEO made contact with THRILLING CATCH for a stride and moved outwards checking favourite ITCHICOO PARK who lost some momentum. ITCHICOO PARK did well to run fourth. |
| Race 6 | Jack's Wholesale Meats Sprint - C2 - 318 | GRADUATED CLASS ran outwards checking HOMEBUSH VIEW soon after the jump. HOT DOC was checked as kennelmate ANOTHER JENNY crossed in front of him at the end of the back straight with HOT DOC losing ground. As a result CAWBOURNE MELODY ran into the back of HOT DOC and checked sharply with GRADUATED CLASS unable to avoid these dogs and falling and hitting the outside fence. HOMEBUSH VIEW also lost her chance at this point. A post race veterinary check of GRADUATED CLASS revealed superficial grazes with a five day stand down recommended. |
| Race 7 | Carol's TABs Stakes - C1 - 527 | GIRL LEG and FANCY GIRL were both slow to jump. GIRL LEG made ground late for fifth. |
| Race 8 | The Brownzy Sports Bar Sprint - C5 - 318 | MISS AMY DRY was badly checked into the bend when coming into contact with TO THE CREST and being dragged down. RED RUSH was also checked in this incident. MISS AMY DRY dropped out to last with a post race veterinary check revealing no injury. |
| Race 9 | Pacific Sheet & Coil (NZ) Stakes - C5 - 527 | All clear. Following the race LOCHINVAR POLO was found to be suffering from severe cramp with a three day stand down recommended. |
| Race 10 | The Alamo Bar & TAB Sprint - C1 - 318 | Favourite THRILLING DOLL was last to jump. MEDIA MOGUL and THRILLING DOLL came together at the end of the back straight and soon after MEDIA MOGUL took a nosedive and fell with THRILLING DOLL going over the top of him. Both dogs regained their feet and completed the race with post race veterinary checks revealing grazes to both dogs with five day stand downs recommended. |
