Judicial report: Weather: Fine JT McInerney made his one application under Rule 80.7 in respect of DAMO'S ANGEL who has completed 10 clear runs. The registration papers have been endorsed under Rule 80.8.

Race 1	ADDED ENERGY WELCOME - C0 - 390	ICE BALL and JESS' CLASS were slow to jump. Into the bend ROYAL RODNEY ran outwards colliding with BOSTON JAZZ, both losing ground.
Race 2	$22 MUZZLE STAKES - C1 - 390	MAGIC BURST crossed AGENT BOND and ANOTHER NICK soon after the start with ANOTHER NICK stumbling for a few strides losing all chance.
Race 3	ASCOT PARK HOTEL - C0 - 457	WILLY JUNIOR was slow to jump. Soon after the jump GO BOOF and CHOKE were tightened losing ground. Into the bend OZARK'S MASK crossed down onto WAYNE'S CLASS sustaining a check as a result. ASK BANDIT (JT McInernrey) scratched at Christchurch on 9 June 2009. Rule 64.12. 7 days up to and including 15 June 2009. MAIELLA LAD (JT McInerney) scratched at Christchurch on 9 June 2009. Rule 64.12. 14 days up to and including 22 June 2009.
Race 4	BOUNCE B POWDER - C1 - 390	FANCY WAYS was slow to jump from the outside box. Into the bend the leaders LITTLE MARVEL and GENTLE ANNIE came together with GENTLE ANNIE losing ground, recovering to finish 2nd.
Race 5	SOUTHERN FLOOR CARE - C1/2 - 390	HORSE POWER was slow to jump. PLAIN ARIAL lost ground at the jump when coming in contact with FROSTY BLONDE. HOMER HAND was squeezed between PLAIN ARIAL and HORSE POWER into the bend.
Race 6	ILT SPEIGHTS ALE HOUSE - C1 - 390	DUDLEY RAMA, GIVE ME MORE and BURST ON BYE lost all chance when tightened into the bend.
Race 7	BRENDON BURKE@SOUTHERN WIDE - C3 - 390	FIVE ACROSS and MILLY'S MATE came together into the bend with MILLY'S MATE coming back on BEEJAY'S MATE and OHOKA DUKE who sustained checks. POWER SAW ran wide to evade the incident.
Race 8	SOUTHLAND TIPPING COMPETITION - C3 - 457	After an even start LOU BALE, NURSE NANCY and NITRO VIXEN were checked. Into the bend GENISTA BRAVE drove to the lead tightening FIRENZO BALE and CLEEVE HILL. FIRENZO BALE checked out of the rear of CLEEVE HILL and into the path of NITRO WIGIE who took a very heavy fall with LOU BALE scrambling over the top of her. NITRO WIGIE regained her feet to finsh the race. She and NURSE NANCY were subject to veterinary checks which no injury to NURSE NANCY. NITRO WIGIE was found with right triceps pain with a 7 day stand down recommended. NITRO WIGIE (Hart/Taylor) right fore triceps pain. Rule 82.1. 7 days up to and including 17 June 2009.
Race 9	STAMINA PLUS POWDER - C1 - 390	DOUGSTAR JAKE was tightening into the bend coming back on CAWBOURNE FREDDY and HOMEBUSH LENNY.
Race 10	LONESTAR CAFE & BAR - C1/2 - 457	PARANOVA, PALEFACE SHADOW and WOOF INGILLTAB came together into the bend with PARANOVA sustaining a bad check to drift out to a clear last. DAMO'S ANGEL (JT McInerney) broken tail. Veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 64.12. 10 days up to and including 19 June 2009.
Race 11	INVERCARGILL STAKES - C4 - 390	TONY BAXTER was slow to jump. Into the bend NITRO PEGGY tightened WILLY ECHO. Soon after CADBURY HAND checked out of TONY BAXTER onto WILLY ECHO who in turn came back on AWESOME DEEJAY and WATUSI ASSASSIN. WILLY ECHO was subject to a veterinary check which resulted in sutures to the left hind webbing with a 10 day stand dwon recommended. WILLY ECHO (LJ Waretini) sutures to left hind webbing. Rule 82.1. 10 days up to and including 20 June 2009.
Race 12	OSBORNE ENGINEERING,BLUFF - C3/4 - 457	ELARA and BABA GANOOSH were tightened soon after the jump coming back on WINSOME CYCLE and FLYING ASPEN. Around the bend FLYING ASPEN and SWEET ABOUT ME came together with SWEET ABOUT ME losing ground and coming back on WINSOME CYCLONE. ELARA drifted out to finish a long last with a veterinary check revealing minor soreness with no stand down recommended.
Race 13	WWW.SOUTHLANDGREYHOUNDS.CO.NZ - C5 - 390	GENISTA DREAMA was slow to jump. Into the bend TONY KNOWS, GROOVE ARMADA and VALKYRIE were checked when racing in tightened quarters. Soon after BIONIC DREAM and LIAM BALE lost ground when coming togther while vying for the lead. JETWASH (DL Roberts) scratched at Christchurch on 9 June 2009. Rule 64.12. 7 days up to and including 15 June 2009.
Race 14	SOUTHLAND STAKES - C1 - 457	SEA ADMIRAL and BILLYBOB RAY were slow to jump and came together again into the bend. BONUS BOND (JF Allen) dehydration. Dog presented. Veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 64.12. 6 days up to and including 15 June 2009.
Race 15	RACING AGAIN 25 JUNE - C5 - 457	WINSOME JUNIOR jumped awkwardly from the boxes settling a distant last. COOL GROOVY was checked into the bend by WINSOME FLYER. JOHNNY MIDNIGHT (J&D Fahey) left fore pad lameness. Veterinary certificate supplied. Rule 64.12. 5 days up to and including 14 June 2009.
