Judicial report: Weather: Fine S BARBER, person in charge of LJ Waretini's dogs in accordance with Rule 66.4 was charged with a breach of Rule 88.1.o as a result of the late scratching of LEENY'S TITLE, a starter in Race 17. BARBER reported to Stewards at the time of kennelling that the bitch had a short time before digested an orange chocolate chip muffin. He pleaded guilty to the charge and was fined $100.00, the penalty reflecting his reporting the matter immediately.

MULBERRY MADAM and SORRENTO SUN were tightened into the bend. Soon after MONTIVIDEO was tightened by CAP FANTASTIC. Across the top MISS HYPERACTIVE was tightened coming back on MULBERRY MADAM who in turn checked SORRENTO SUN. |

Into the back straight EVE HILL ran out colliding with and checking JESS' CLASS and PRINCE SERGIO.
