Judicial report: Weather: Fine Following a defended hearing the Adjudicating Steward reserved decision on a charge under Rule 88.1.p against Mr SR McInerney resulting from an incident at the start of Race 9 at the meeting of the Christchurch Greyhound Racing Club on 10 February 2009. Mr McInerney had pleaded not guilty to the charge.
Trainer BC Dann pleaded guilty to a charge under Rule 71.4 of failing to catch a greyhound at the conclusion of race 8 at the meeting of the Christchurch GRC on 12 March 2009 and was fined $50.

Into the straight KNOW WHEN shifted ground and checked an improving WILLY'S PRIDE who lost momentum to finish towards the rear.
